Hi, Im Joan. Since 1992, I have been a proud member of the Area Dental Clinic team. I value the relationships Ive developed with my patients over the years, as they have become like family. I love working with all ages of patients, young to elderly, and find I have an especially strong connection with the adolescent age group. It is so rewarding to develop a rapport and have the opportunity to educate them about how their decisions as teenagers affect their long-term oral health. My husband, Gregg, and I live in Lebanon and love the outdoors. We enjoy working together on projects, some times with our 2 grown daughters. If not with them or in the office, you can usually find me singing, decorating, and working in our gardens. I look forward to providing you reasons to smile!

Originally from Watertown and now living in Beaver Dam, I appreciate the wonderful people of our communities and feel so fortunate to have served so many of them as their hygienist. I have always been passionate about quality patient care and enjoy teaming with our patients to achieve optimal dental health and wellness. In addition, I highly value the family-like, personal relationships Ive established through the years, with both my patients and team members. In my free time, I enjoy yoga, bike riding, gardening, volunteering at my church in various capacities, traveling and attending fun events with my husband, Mark, and our three adult children. I look forward to providing you reasons to smile!

Hello, I amLaura. I have been a dental hygienist since 2008. You will see me at the Watertown and Jefferson Area Dental locations. After practicing for 10 years, I decided to expand my dental knowledge and received my Bachelors degree (also in Dental Hygiene) in 2018. In 2020, I decided to pursue my MBA, with plans to finish in 2022, and hopes to eventually teach dental hygiene. I love continuing to learn about the ever-changing field of dentistry, and share my knowledge with my patients!

Hello, I am Lynn and I have had the privilege of being employed by Area Dental Clinic since 1983. With 3+ decades of experience with ADC, I enjoy caring for multiple generations of families and especially look forward to meeting the needs of the senior population with whom I have grown. We have 2 adult children, a daughter-in-law, and are loving our new title of grandparents to our granddaughter, Colette Grace. In my free time, I enjoy being a pianist/church musician at Immanuel Lutheran of Lebanon and traveling. I look forward to providing you reasons to smile!

Hello, Im Janelle (AKA Nelly) and my dental journey started in 2007, as I trained and worked as a dental assistant. As my passion for dentistry grew, so did my desire to continue my education to become a dental hygienist. I graduated with an Associates degree in Hygiene from Waukesha County Technical College and am consecutively working on my Bachelors in Hygiene at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

I share my life with my 3-year-old son, long-term boyfriend, 3 dogs, 3 cats, lizards, and a skunk. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and absolutely love animals, music, camping, adventures, and riding dirt bikes with my son. I look forward to meeting you and providing you reasons to smile!

Hello. My name is Stasia and I am a dental hygienist in our Watertown and Jefferson locations. I have been proudly working in the dental field since 1996 and joined the Area Dental team in 2012. When not taking care of patients, I teach dental hygiene at Waukesha County Technical College in Waukesha. Education is truly my passion and I enjoy the opportunity to educate patients, so they have the opportunity to make choices to achieve and maintain their dental health. I live in Watertown with my husband and daughter. Together, we enjoy making memories, which includes plenty of outdoor activities, anything to do with horses, and doing craft projects. Connecting with my patients is very important to me.

In my free time, Im a full time mom and so proud of it. I have a toddler who is the sweetest boy. Watching him grow and learn is the best part of my days. Hi, my name is Jailine and I am proud to serve our patients as a dental assistant in both our Watertown and Jefferson locations. I have been a patient at Area Dental Clinic since 2005 and, with each visit, my interest in becoming part of the dental field grew. I joined the team in 2018, while pursuing dental hygiene at WCTC, before realizing I have a passion for and wanted to continue to grow in dental assisting. I really enjoy the variety of each day, each patient, and every case, working closely with our dedicated dentists and providing Spanish translation when needed. I love seeing patients smiles and confidence transform, and the opportunity to be there with them each step of the way. I recognize that some patients feel a lot of anxiety when they come to the dental office, so I enjoy developing a rapport with them, in order to ease their anxiety, build trust, and provide a wonderful patient experience. I believe creating positive experiences encourages patients to continue making regular dental visits and keep their smiles healthy. Likewise, something I love about working here is the opportunity to learn new things each day, whether its dental related or something a patient tells me. Outside of work I love to spend time with my longtime boyfriend, Beto. I love the summer time! I enjoy trying new things, such as: fishing, attending fairs, jet skiing, rodeos & pretty much anything outdoors! I also love to spend time with my family. I cherish the moments I get with them because making memories is something I am able to treasure forever. Some of my hobbies include doing make up, I enjoy beauty care, baking, and shopping. Teeth with minor imperfections, such as those that are chipped, have cracks or gaps, are uneven or misshapen, or even discolored, can have their appearance positively transformed with bonding and reshaping. This affordable and rather quick procedure involves applying a resin to the problem areas, which is then trimmed, smoothed, and polished to the desired shape and will result in a natural appearance.

Though bonding and reshaping is a great way to quickly and significantly improve the appearance of a tooth, it is not as strong as natural tooth enamel and is more likely to chip or stain than natural teeth. Typically, this option lasts three to five years before needing repair. Depending on your desires and timeline, this can sometimes be a great short-term solution if you have an interview, wedding, or photo shoot quickly approaching.

Veneers are a minimally invasive dental prosthesis that help correct cosmetic imperfections in your smile. They are crafted from the highest quality porcelain, bonded to your tooth, and are strong and highly stain resistant. The shape, size, and shade are custom made to produce beautiful, natural looking, long-lasting results.

If you have uneven or asymmetrical gums, a gummy smile, or receding gums, recontouring is a predictable treatment that can often be achieved with our soft tissue laser. It is an effective approach to help create the smile and symmetry that you desire.

Through orthodontic care, you can achieve the smile of your dreams. We offer different options that can help give you a straighter and more confident smile, all completed in the comfort of your home dental office.

The use of clear retainer-like plastic aligners to straighten teeth is an extremely popular alternative to traditional metal bracket braces. You will receive a series of retainers that are worn for one to two weeks each, for 20-22 hours per day. They can be taken out to eat and drink normally and most people wont even notice youre wearing them! Area Dental Clinic is proud to offer both Invisalign and Clear Correct aligner options to our patients.

At Area Dental Clinic, our Watertown location offers traditional metal bracket braces as well as clear aligner therapies. For more complicated cases, we have a Board-Certified orthodontist in the lower level of our Watertown office.

My wife and I are new to the area as permanent residents. We have been setting up our Medical, Vision and Dental Doctors in the area. We are very happy with our decision to start our dental program with, Area Dental Clinic in Jefferson, Wisconsin. We are very pleased that our insurance is accepted and the customer inter-actions with the staff is excellent. Ashley was so very helpful with our online registration and insurance inquires both on the phone and in person. Our Registered Dental Hygienist, Stacia was very thorough and excellent at her job. Her concern and knowledge for our dental health was primary to us. Doctors Thomas Pausma and Dr.Keegan, our Dentist was excellent at patient care, communication, and our dental health and ongoing dental maintenance suggestions. Now, the Dental facility at Area Dental Clinic in Jefferson. This facility is state of the art in Dental Clinics. The outside is clean and it is a new building. The interior is beautiful, with bright lights, paintings every where. The dental machines, xray equipment and Dental rooms are beautiful. I was looking out a window at wild flowers and acres of grass in the exam chair. We are very pleased with our dental choice AT AREA DENTAL CLINIC IN JEFFERSON WISCONSIN Thank you all.

Absolutley rude office staff! Jo Jo and the other front desk person are awful. They cancelled my daughter's appointment and then told her "your mom didnt do what she was supposed to do and confirm the appt".....however, they did not call, text or email me. They were also told to use my daughters cell phone number, for which they ignored and did not update as told at every appointment. Then when I called I got sent to an "office manager" who has no ability to control her staff and can see exactly why the staff is as rude as they are. Every appointment that was made with them was always an issue. This was the last straw. DO NOT go here unless you love being talked down too and love having people be rude to your children. If they are this rude at the front desk, I hate to see what the doctors are like.

Warm, welcoming, & full of compassion greeted me the minute I walked in the door. Having not seen a dentist in 14+ years due to ongoing traumatic experiences, the level of non-judgemental combined with what I class as "fear free" on professionalism across the board allowed me to have a relaxing & positive experience. Dr. Alexa is the most thorough dentist I've had to date. I've not had any dental practitioner talk me through each step in the process to give me a comprehensive understanding on what all was going on.
