The dental office and Dr. Amita Patel reached out to me to explain the thought process behind their filling decision for my 5yo that led to his subsequent abscess and tooth extraction and refunded me all costs related to those 2 procedures, so I am updating this review.

Wonderful pediatric dental office! My daughter loves going for her 6 month cleaning. The entire staff is an absolute joy and makes dental visits fun! Highly recommend!

Loved the staff, dentists, and hygienists before now (so friendly and informative and patient), but they have really gone above and beyond -- even getting my kids from the parking lot and bringing them down while I waited in the car with the baby.

The dentists are wonderful. Unfortunately the front office staff are terrible, particularly Lauren. She is terribly dismissive and condescending. Painfully, we will be leaving this practice because of it. It's a pity because our son actually enjoys going there. I hate to see them lose patients based on the incompetence of the front office. I'm sure we are not the first, and won't be the last.

Our normally stoic 9 year old daughter who is not afraid of the dentist had an absolutely terrible experience with a tooth extraction by Dr. Amita Patel. The techniques for pain management used in this office are sub-standard. My husband is a pediatrician and I am a pediatric nurse practitioner. We were shocked by the dentist's lack of knowledge of developmentally appropriate pain management and the lack of modern pain control techniques available at this practice. In addition, both the dentist and the dental assistant had a cold and uncaring response to our daughter's severe pain and seemed hurried. We are surprised to have had such a bad experience because previous routine dental care at this practice had been positive for our daughter.

My 4 year old apprehensive daughter had to have a couple of fillings done and surprisingly everything went smoothly. She came out with a smile on her face and few prizes and even gave Dr. Patel a hug after the procedure! We look forward to coming back for our next check up.

This is a great pediatric dentist. It's much easier to get to this location than it was for some of the other ones from our house, and we love the staff. I like their flexible hours so that we don't miss an appointment.

All of my four kids love coming here for their dentist appointments. The staff is so nice and tries to explain things to them as best as they can understand, plus they inform me of everything.

Our hygienist at Ardmore Pediatric Dental Associates was fantastic. She was super friendly and worked very well with my child. Overall it was a great experience.

Dr. Scott was very nice. Lovely dentist office overall, my kids enjoyed it!
