I'm so disappointed. I provided them with my insurance card before the day of treatment. I got a teeth cleaning and a few weeks later was shocked to get a bill for several hundred dollars...Be aware that they do not check for coverage or call insurance for pre-authorization. I feel like I got tricked. Had I known it wasn't covered, I wouldn't have gotten the treatment! What really makes me sad is that when I called to discuss this, they were unwilling to work with me. I don't expect to get anything for free, but come on there has to be some flexibility given the circumstances. They value getting a few hundred dollars rather than keeping loyal long-term patients. I'm disappointed and will find another dentist who is transparent about coverage and billing!

Renee Watts at Ardent Care is hands down the best dentist that I have ever met. She has taken care of my family's dental needs for almost 18 years now. She is caring, compassionate, honest, informative, professional and just a nice person. The gals up front that answer the phone are just the bee's knees. Renee Watts at Ardent Care is hands down the best dentist that I have ever met. She has taken care of my family's dental needs for almost 18 years now. She is caring, compassionate, honest, informative, professional and just a nice person. The gals up front that answer the phone are just the bee's knees. If I could give Ardent Care -0- stars I would. I thought I was happy in the beginning, but after tooth scaling that damaged my teeth I am not so happy. I also had accidentally damaged the gums between tooth 7 & 8 when a fork slipped. Dr. Watts only response was "that looks angry". I continued to have problems with that area and she saw it again several months later after I also developed a lesion in that area. Nothing was done. I had to go to my Family Doctor who suggested that I visit with an Oral Surgeon which in turn wanted to do a biopsy immediately. The bottom line is that I was fortunate it was benign, even though this has progressed over a year with no recommendations from Dr. Watts. I should have been referred to an Oral Surgeon as soon as she viewed the lesion. I should NOT have to go to a Family Doctor for a dental referral!

Dr Watts is a true gem -- combining the best of a highly-trained dental professional with the kindness and compassion of a real friend. Rarely do you find a someone who cares about you as much as a person as he/she does about mastering his/her profession. Dr Watts exemplifies both and is the reason I have been a patient for 20 years. I wouldn't see anyone else for my dental care -- and couldn't recommend her more highly.

My Family and I have been patients of Dr. Watts for 15 years and we absolutely love her! She is the most amazing dentist and just an overall genuinely caring person. I would recommend her to anyone looking for great dentist that you can trust! And all of her staff are so professional and amazing.

Caters to scaredy cats like me. I chose this practice because i suffer from dental anxiety and hate to ho to the dentist . Dr Watts gives me anti anxiety meds that i take ahead of visits that are more than cleanning and my anxiety is relieved somewhat. After several years as a patient, staff knows me and takes excellent care to help me through appointments and make sure I m comfortable . I'm now back on the road to having healthy teeth and gums because i go regularly knowing my visit will be as comfortable as possible. This is a wonderful group of people doing good work

Renee Watts and her team are thorough professionals. Dr. Watt's skills are the best; she knows what she is doing and how to get even difficult work accomplished with as much comfort to the patient as possible. The office is run seamlessly, it is quiet and welcoming. I have seen Dr. Watts for some years, and am more than grateful for her work.

I've been using this dentist for over 10 years. They have always been gentle and caring when it came to the sensitivity of my mouth and honest when asked questions about dental care. I would recommend Ardent Care to anyone looking for quality care.

After avoiding the dentist for a few years due to painful experiences, I tried Dr. Watts. What a welcome change! She and her staff are kind and gentle. I no longer feel anxious about getting the care that I need. I highly recommend Dr. Watts and team!
