Have been here a few times this year getting dental work done that I've put off way too long. The staff is always super nice, from front desk to Dr. Hickman himself. They work very quickly but with precision, and I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes in the lobby. Definitely recommend!

Do not hesitate to try Arden Premier Dentistry, everyone in the practice is kind and professional! They will work with you every step of the way to achieve your dental health! Dr. Hickman takes great pride in his work and is an exceptional dentist! Thank you all for making me want to smile again!

We found Arden Premier Dentistry by using our insurance company's in-network directory. After my husband's first visit we were told that they are no longer in-network and we had to pay much more for the service provided. Come to find out, our insurance coverage is the same for out-of-network dentists. Amongst other billing mistakes, plus the humiliation and shaming experienced by the dentist in this office- it was an overall horrific experience. I would avoid this practice if you can.

I felt confidence when going to see Dr. Meinhold and her staff. Dr. Planer who has taken over for the now retired Meinhold has retained the staff and has brought with her broad experience that has energized the practice. I felt an immediate confidence during my first her and have since needed a crown and a replacement night guard which has further validated that confidence. All in all a wonderful transition.(2017) The torch was recently passed to Dustin Hickman who has proven to be a worthy successor. I have had three encounters - crown for an implant, fillings for front teeth, and cleaning/consultation earlier this week. He and his staff have been excellent - from front desk to hygienist to assistant. He has roots in this area and I look forward to him continuing as my dentist for many years to come. (4/16/2021) Most recent visit, June 7, 2022, was excellent as usual - both front desk and procedure.

I am highly satisfied with the quality of service provided by Arden Premier Denistry, they went over and beyond to make sure my dentures were repaired and delivered to me in a timely manner so I could attend my grandson's college graduation. The staff is very cordial and professional. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. They are a breed apart.

I was so happy when they called me back the same day to say they could see me that afternoon. The staff and the dentist were wonderful. I will definitely return to them for more work.

Did not enjoy my experience at this practice. Called to make a cleaning appointment as a new patient, and was advised that I have to make two appointments: one for an exam to know what kind of cleaning I needed, and one for the cleaning. I had never heard of this two-visit approach before, and I also explained that it was an hour round trip, and that I wasn't going to be in town long to come back a second time. Although I moved forward with scheduling just the exam, I called back after reconsidering and was able to make an appointment for a cleaning. When I arrived, the hygienist was out, no one called to let me know. So I just had the exam, which, determined that I needed a deep cleaning. I took time off work to squeeze in a the second trip. Although it was a 'deep' clean, the entire process took 30 minutes, at most. All told it was $170, after insurance. Two stars because hygienist was top notch! Would not recommend the practice however.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is the best dental service I have ever had in the U.S. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, starting from the front desk service to the moment I walked out of the door, I can see how great Dr. Hickman leads this professional team. They are doing a more wonderful job than what they say on their website. All the staff are creating a comfortable and client-oriented environment. Dr. Hickman is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything I needed to know and did a fantastic dental job very efficiently and professionally. His assistant Melissa was also very nice and professional. She kept trying to create a caring and relaxing environment to help me feel not that nervous. As an Asian, I understand that maybe it is a little bit hard for us to find a totally satisfactory dental service because of the cultural and language differences. I have had some less than ideal dental experiences in the U.S. in the past, but a good listener and a caring and professional team can provide high quality dental service for anyone no matter which race you may be. If you are looking for a high standard and quality dental service, I highly recommend this place. Once again, thanks Dr. Hickman and your great team for doing such an amazing job.

The hygienist was very pleasant and kept the scrapping to a minimum pain level. The dentist was very informative, friendly, and relaxed. Definitely a place I will gladly spend my visits!

I am very unsatisfied with my recent experiences at this dental office. I've been going here for 2 years and have had 3 different dentists, very inconsistent. Never left feeling like it was outstanding service either. The last cleaning I had was an absolute joke by Maria. She got the toothpaste in my hair and kept spraying my face. I thought it was her first cleaning ever and it felt so rushed being scheduled as the last appt. Then I scheduled to have two fillings done within two weeks following that cleaning. Maria was the hygienist again and she was shoving a mouthpiece in my mouth right at the start of the appt. I started to feel the corner of my lip starting to burn as I'm paying $100 for the two fillings. I go to my car, take my mask off & wiped off skin... I go back inside to let the dentist know that my face was burning and I did not know why. He put vasoline on it, apologized a lot, and kept saying "thank you for being so understanding." He even added that I may have sensitive skin... it was an acid burn from a product he was using. I had a headache all weekend following the fillings due to my bite being slightly off and readjusting. I contacted the office to ask for compensation for the recent events and having my bite fixed. They did not offer me any compensation and when he filed down my fillings he told me that the acid burn was "healing well" & that it happens all the time. I will not be returning nor recommend this place to anybody.

Terribly unhappy. I had a small chip on my molar and the dentist assured me he could just shave a little off to smoothen it. He said it would take a couple of seconds and have no repercussions. I agreed since the chip was slightly sharp to my tongue. After he shaved off my tooth he said the molar was extremely cavity prone now and it required a filling. I had gotten an xray before he shaved my tooth, so he should've known if I would need a filling regardless. All of this and then I had to pay out of pocket even though the front desk said insurance would cover it. Terrible dentist don't come here

The staff at Arden Premier were very friendly and accommodating. They are transparent and professional. I never felt like I was being pushed to get unnecessary services like I have before at other Dentist office. They are great with my entire family and I'm so happy I found this place.

Very friendly staff! The dentist informs you of what is needed. There was no pressure to get extra teeth work done. Highly recommend!

The place was really clean they took my temperature when I entered the building waited 5 minutes or so to be seen, and the staff were really nice and polite. If you need a place to get your teeth taken care of Arden Premier Dentistry is the place

Excellent office. We recently moved from the South Florida area and needed a new dentist. We chose this office by chance and I'm so glad we did. The staff are so friendly and caring. Dr Hickman is fantastic. My husband and I have pretty bad teeth and I have never felt more comfortable. Never once did he shame me or make me feel bad. I highly recommend this office.
