Dr.DiviyaKhiria is the proud owner of Arden Oaks Dental Care. She graduated from the prestigious University of Pacific Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry and has been practicing dentistry for more than 10 years.Dr. Khiria is passionate about dentistry and keeps herself up-to-date with all the new advancements in Dentistry. She has completed extensive continuing education hours, specifically related to popular services she and herteam offer their patients, including implants and esthetic dentistry.
Through her extensive experience she has learnedhow to balance technical skills with an artistic sensibility for aesthetics. She is soft spoken and has an in-depth knowledge of both preventive and restorative care and shares it with her patients in a way that is easy to understand. Her caring nature along with a gentle hand has won hearts of her patients.

Dr. Richard F. Jackson is a Board Certified Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon and has been practicing in the Sacramento, California area for the past 35 years. His experience is well-rounded in surgically facilitated orthodontics and orthognathic surgery. He specializes in Sedation Dentistry, All on4 full mouth implants.
Dr. Richard Jackson began his career with an interest in orthognathic surgery in 1974 while he was an intern at Wright-Patterson Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Although, orthognathic surgery has advanced vastly since those early days. Dr. Jackson remains a pioneer and forward thinker and is a frequent guest lecturer on the subject of orthognathic surgery.
A native of California, Dr. Proctor learned about orthodontics at his young age from his uncle who was an orthodontist.He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and Doctor of Dental Surgery at Loma Linda University(LLU) in 1994. Upon his graduation, he became an Assistant Clinical Professor at LLU School of Dentistry while heworked as a general dentist for five years.
Since 2001, Dr. Proctor has taught in the Orthodontics Residency Program at LLU as an Assistant Professor for 15 years. He enjoyed teaching, making great impacts, and challenging the minds of Orthodontics residents at LLU.
Dr. Proctor volunteers to help needy children and adults with their dental needs. He serves withAdventist Medical Evangelist Network(AMEN),Your Pathway To HealthandLife Hope Centersin needed communities in United States. Internationally, he has served in many countries including Belize, Bangladesh, Honduras, Thailand, Mexico, Papua New Guinea, Panama, Dominican Republic, and Africa.
Dr. Proctor is dedicated to providing excellent orthodontic care for his patients in El Dorado, Amador, and Placer counties.Creating beautiful smiles is his pride and joy, and Dr. Proctor loves thoroughly what he does every day excellent orthodontic care!

Started as to what I thought was an excellent experience. Over the course of 2 years my dental care got significantly worse. My crowns that were just put in were falling out, every time I came in the up sold me on more work. And there was never a clear treatment plan. I had to ask what is next and I just got a bunch of run around and no clear direction on what to do first. Listen it's my fault for letting my teeth get to a bad state but when I've dropped thousands of dollar out of pocket on top of alll my insurance money and my teeth have only gotten worse? Makes no sense had to switch won't be back.

It is so important to trust and feel comfortable at your dentist office and I do at Arden Oaks Dental Care. Dr. Khiria is amazing, the staff are courteous and helpful. The dental assistants and hygienists are skilled and kind. I highly recommend!

Great staff! Dr Khiria is amazing! She made sure my dental care was done properly after the lab made a mistake with my crown. Quality of care and patient satisfaction are most important to me and this office as well. Cynthia is also the best cleaning hygienist I have ever had! I've always had a fear of the Dentist/Orthodontist and some terrible incidents with other providers over the years. Arden Oaks Dental are the first ever to ease my concerns and nerves with excellent care. Thank you Arden Oaks.

I cannot express enough how thankful I am for everyone at Arden Oaks Dental Care. I allowed my dental hygiene to degrade for over a decade because of my fear of dentists. Literally everyone at this office has been wonderful, from the hygienists that reassured me that I was making the right steps, the assistant that did her best to appease my anxiety, the man that took his time to shape my crown, the receptionist that took her time explaining and reassuring me about the cost, and finally the dentist that gave me back my smile. I kind of doubt that y'all read these reviews, but if you do, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. You are all miracle workers. I can smile again!

After chipping my tooth over the weekend, I needed to find a new dentist in my area asap. After reading many reviews of many dentists I called Dr Khiria's office Monday. Stephanie and Linda were kind, informative, helpful and got me an appt the next morning. From the moment I walked into to office I was impressed with the cheerfulness from Stephanie checking me in and the clean, sun filled modern layout of the office. Then Linda, the friendly dental hygienist who's worked in the office with the former dentist until he retired and with Dr Khiria since 2016, took me back to my room. She made me feel very comfortable and then I met Dr Khiria. I was a little nervous about what the charge was going to be bc my insurance hasn't kicked in, but after she examined my chip she told me what she suggested and Linda handed me a written proposal for the charge of the filling which I signed. Then I could relax and let them work their dental magic on me. I always get a little nervous about dental work, but I settled down as Dr Khiria's gentle and reassuring demeanour complimented her confident and skillful hands. I didn't need numbing bc she drilled with so much control and precision. Overall a great experience! Look forward to going back for my preventative cleanings 2x/year!!! Thank you.

The most unprofessional place I've ever been in my life. Try to tell me I need a deep cleaning of $95 I told them I'm not interested just give me my annual and they refuse to schedule my annual free cleaning and kept trying to upsell me. I also felt they weren't happy with the insurance company I was with and if that's the case they should just not except that insurance at their locations

Previous dentists sold their practice to new one. Previous dentist was super nice and I had no issues with them. New dentist is alright but sometimes she tries to upsell what you need. But office team is a hit and miss. I recently got something done. Office team quoted me one price which I paid in full the same day but about a month later a got a bill for "past due" balance. When I called to find out what the bill was about, the office staff said what I paid previously was "an estimate" and I needed to pay the remaining balance. Long story short I ended up paying out of pocket almost double what I was originally quoted. The office staff hides behind their legal disclaimer that what we quoted you was an "estimate." Had I known I would be paying almost double then I could have postponed the procedure since the tooth wasn't bothering me or shopped around. I don't know if the office staff is incompetent or they under quote you on purpose hoping you'll agree to get the procedure done and then they'll charge you almost double what they originally quoted you.

My husband and I have been patients for over 10 years. They are kind, patient and genuinely care. We have started bringing our 10 year old daughter and she's gone from petrified of the dentist to enjoying it. Feels like family here.

Hands down, great dental care. Been going here for many years and I love the new Dentist that has taken the reins here. Staff and dental hygienist are incredibly friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend try this place if you are sick of you current Dentist, long wait times, poor customer service, etc.

Dr. Khiria is amazing! She very sweet makes you feel very comfortable explains everything in detail and helps you understand any dental work that needs to be done. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and sweet. Love Leona at the front desk very sweet . I'm so happy I finally found my permanent dental care office. Happy Holidays

My entire family goes to Arden Oaks Dental Care! I have very sensitive teeth and my hygienist always takes extra time to ensure that my cleanings are comfortable while being thorough. I recently had a crown replaced and the level of care that was taken to make an individualized plan for my crown replacement was celebrity level treatment. I recommend Arden Oaks to people of all ages and for all types of treatment from invisalign to repair to regular maintenance cleanings!

The hygienists were great, although one of the female dentists gave me multiple bad fillings in an attempt to rush through and fill as many as they could in one sitting. I did not notice until after the numbing and the swelling went down. I had to get them fixed at another dental office because my insurance had been switched to a different plan. They also ignored my request to consult a surgeon about my x-rays. I never received a call back. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional. I had a question about an overdue bill because I received a letter that said my previous insurance was already inactive during the time of my visit and she hung up on me. The next person who answered when I called back was more helpful, but would not give me the name of the person who initially hung up on me. I am also not quite sure why my dental insurance was ever approved in the first place, otherwise I would not have scheduled an appointment. I am now held responsible for paying a bill that is twice the amount I was quoted at the time of my appointment due to their negligence. I would not come back to this office or refer it to anybody else.

I went as a new patient at Arden Oaks Dental Care. I have received exam and cleaning on the same day. My hygienist Melissa was really gentle and thorough. I like Dr. Khiria as she was very thorough and explained all treatment options. I have started invisalign with her and happy with the affordable pricing and results. I highly recommend Arden Oaks Dental Care to everyone.
