Dr. Lee was born in South Korea, where she lived until 1999, when her family moved to Knoxville, Tennessee. She attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee, earning her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with a Minor in Applied Music with an emphasis on piano. Dr. Lee studied for her dental degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee, completing a program in advanced prosthodontics.
Dr. Lee joined Arden Dental Group in May of 2020, where she delights in providing expert dentistry services to the local community. She's a member of the North Carolina Dental Society, Buncombe County Dental Society, and the American Dental Association, in addition to being a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.
In 2020, Dr. Lee and her husband welcomed their first child Noah, a son they plan to raise as a Tennessee VOLS fan. Other members of her family include three cats, Bleu, Brie, and Muenster, and two dogs, Mangchi and Mickey. When she's not working, Dr. Lee is an avid fan of the TV series Schitt's Creek and Grey's Anatomy and enjoys hiking the Blue Ridge Parkway trails with her family. Dr. Lee and her husband are expecting their second child, a baby girl, due in February of 2022.
