Jennie completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery in the Philippines. She owned and ran a successful dental practice before she moved to the U.S. Jennie lives in the Northwestern Suburb with her lovely family. She travels over an hour each way to work because of her passion for dentistry and her love for Arden Dental Center. Jennie likes interacting with patients and seeing the impact a healthy smile can have on a person. Jennie is a trained surgical assistant in dental implants. Her friendly demeanor makes her exceptional at easing the fears of anxious patients. Outside of work Jennie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her adorable son.
Raya was born and raised in Amman, Jordan. She completed her Bachelor's of Dental Surgery before moving to the US and is currently finishing her Master's degree in Special Education at UIC . She is a trained CEREC dental professional who is meticulous with her designs and finishes. Raya has incredible attention to details in smile makeovers. She is very passionate about dentistry and always makes patients comfort and satisfaction her priority. She is fun-loving and outgoing. Outside of work she enjoys music and the outdoors.
Jacob is the newest member of our Arden Team. He is currently pursuing his college degree in creative writing. As a longtime patient of ours, Jacob is very familiar with our practice philosophy and meshes well with our team. Outside of work, he enjoys animating and spending time with friends and family.
Lisa has been serving our patients for over 15 years. Lisa has been a Dental Hygienist for over 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with a gentle touch. Lisa is originally from Ohio and moved to the Chicago-land area where she graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Harper College. Lisa prides her work. She is meticulous and comprehensive with her care. Lisa loves spending time with her daughter, boyfriend, and friends. She is passionate about cruising on her Harley, scuba diving, traveling, hiking and many other outdoor activities.
Maribeth has most recently joined the Arden Dental team. She has been in the dental field for four years, with focus on administration and insurance. Her passion for the highest level of customer care comes from being a licensed cosmetologist for over 30 years. As a part-time stylist, the desire to treat and ensure people feel wonderful is equally shared and brought to our patients here at Arden Dental Center. For Maribeth, the importance of oral health, bite function and a beautiful, bright smile make being a member of this team so gratifying. Maribeth has been married for 25 years and has raised three beautiful daughters. Favorite pastimes are trying new restaurants, hitting the gym, going to the movies and traveling.
Wendy has been a Dental Hygienist for over 10 years. Wendy enjoys her work tremendously and is a great conversationalist . She finds helping patients improve and maintain their oral health through education most rewarding. Wendy loves spending time with her husband and her two fun-loving daughters. She is an ardent volunteer for Mission of Mercy and an enthusiast in dressing up to the extreme for Halloween.
Kathy completed the Dental Hygiene program at Parkland College in Champaign IL. Kathy is particularly knowledgeable and experienced with soft tissue therapy with diode laser. No matter how severe your case is, you can rest assured that you are in great hands with Kathy. When she isnt working to protect patients smiles, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. She also enjoys cooking, walking, and watching movies.
Vanessa completed the Dental Hygiene program at Harper College. She has been a hygienist for 24 years and an instructor at Harper College hygiene program. She has a great sense of humor and always puts patients at ease. She is exceptional in helping patients understand the ins and outs of their treatments. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys hiking, jewelry making, gardening, biking, traveling, and walking her dogs.

I just returned from my cleaning at Arden Dental. The hygienist did all she could to maintain safe protocols and provide me with a painless cleaning. I was extremely happy with the way in which it was done. The dentist came to check on me before I left and ensured that everything was good to go. She's professional as well as friendly. In general very pleased!

Dr. Lu and her team are very professional, thorough, and friendly. My husband has been their patient for a couple years. During my first visit, Dr. Lu and Jennie reviewed with me the imminent and potential issues with my teeth in detail. I felt I was in good hands. I just had a root canal performed yesterday. The procedure was amazingly painless, during and after! I will go back to have the crowns put in. There will be more work done to my other teeth. Also, the office setting is modern and calming. If I could leave 10+ stars I would. Over the years, and I'm not going to tell how many, I've been to several different practices. Many of which are friendly enough. Mostly the ones that take my insurance. Arden dental and Dr. Wen are not only super friendly and caring, they are so knowledgeable and up to date. They are able to take images of every individual tooth and assess the damage. If you need treatment, Dr.Wen will show you why.She will explain what treatments are available. She will explain what each treatment is and how it will affect the overall health and operation of your teeth. She will explain past, present and future treatment.Obviously I need some work done, which I knew. I only went there for a 2nd opinion . I just wish I went there first. As for my insurance, it is what it is. I've done the shopping around and found pricing totally reasonable and comparative. I've already recommended Arden dental to everyone I know. Thank you Dr.Wen for recognizing and helping me maintain my overall health. I've truly never met anyone so knowledgeable and caring. It all makes sense.

I love Dr. Lu!! I just turned 80 and had beautiful cosmetic dental work done years ago. Unfortunately over the years, many teeth had developed deep cavities and had to be pulled. All the doctors I consulted advised me to have all-on-4. I was shocked and devastated. After extensive search for an experienced, caring and well-qualified implant dentist to care for me, I found Dr. Wen Lu. I was very impressed during our initial consultation. She is knowledgeable, professional, well-spoken, and personal. About 3 weeks ago, she pulled out 14 teeth, placed 9 implants, and gave me an even better-looking smile just over 2 visits. I traveled far to see her and was worried about pain after the surgery. I had a slight swelling on my gum around 1 implant where she put some bone graft but no pain at all. I was able to eat anything softer in texture like risotto, pastas, and fish as usual. Very pleased and amazed with the results! She is the BEST!!

From the front desk staff to the dental staff, everyone was super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Not only did they take care of me as a patient, but they took care of me as a person. They made me feel comfortable and asked questions to get to know me as a person rather than a client. Definitely had amazing customer service, I was beyond pleased

I have been coming to Dr. Lu almost since her office has opened and after she helped me with my emergency wisdom teeth removal, which unfortunately even after having braces as a kid had caused a lot of crowding in all of my lower teeth, I had made the decision to get Invisalign because I was no longer happy with the appearance of my smile and it was actually causing mouth pain due to shifting and my back molars had moved inward. That being said, I knew it was going to be a difficult case using clear aligners and not metal braces, but due to my job, having braces like when I was teenager just wasn't an option. I chose the unlimited plan with Clear Correct, thankful for it since I had 4 revisions and 49 trays total. We had started pre-covid so going through the process when COVID began was much more difficult then normal but Dr.Lu and Jennie were always there for me even with the frustration of delays and necessary revisions. They helped me all the way until the last tooth was moved exactly how I wanted it. I'm very happy I went through the process and highly recommend to anyone who wants perfect teeth! Thanks Dr.Lu and Jennie!

I met Dr lu, under less than ideal conditions. It was Saturday early morning and I was eating a juju bee (had to be invented by a dentist), and I lost a crown...I drove straight to her office, which was packed with patients. I had an infant in a carrier on one hand,and a tooth in the other hand. It took some doing but she repared my tooth, and I have been smiling ever since!!!

As a patient of Dr. Lu's for Many years, I knew the experience of getting my very first crown would be handled professionally. She explained the process in detail, answered all my questions before, during, and after procedure, and worked to ensure the result was a sensational fit & match. The entire process took a couple of hours, and I was able to watch a movie on their in-office TV during some of that time. Relaxing. Thank you, to Dr. Lu, and every professional working in your office. My visits over the years have All been 5 stars!

Outstanding dental practice. From the front desk to Dr. Lu, everyone is focused on your treatment, care and satisfaction. No one likes to go to the dentist, especially to treat a problem but Dr. Lu and her staff make the experience as painless as possible.
