Dr. Arden Bronstein, DDS, is an experienced general dentist in Hyattsville, Maryland, who has been in practice for over three decades. Dr. Bronstein graduated from the University of Rochester in 1969 with a degree in biochemistry and later attended the University of Denver, where he earned a masters degree in biochemistry. He also worked for five years as the assistant toxicologist for the State Medical Examiner of West Virginia.
After five years of being a toxicologist, he decided to pursue his dream of becoming a dentist. In 1989, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry, which is now known as Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Bronstein makes it his top priority to give all patients treatment plans appropriate to their needs, the best dental treatment available, and the most recent techniques. When needed, Dr. Bronstein can refer out to specialists such as oral maxillofacial surgeons, orthodontists, endodontists, periodontists, and oral pathologists.
To stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in dentistry, Dr. Brontstein regularly attends continuing education courses and averages at least 50 hours of continuing education classes every year. This is double the amount of hours of continuing education required by the State of Maryland.
In addition to seeing patients at his practice, Dr. Bronstein and his staff regularly participate in free dental clinics, most recently, at the Mid Maryland Mission of Mercy at the University of Maryland. In his free time, Dr. Bronstein is a sports fanatic and follows all local teams, with a special interest in the Terps basketball and the Wizards. Also, being from Denver, he still follows the Broncos.

Dr. Bronstein is one of the most compassionate human beings, let alone doctors, that I have ever encountered. That, combined with his vast experience and expertise, sets him apart from most medical practitioners I have dealt with. I feel so fortunate to have found my new dentist. Highly recommend.

Recently I had an excellent experience of dental care from Dr. Bronstein. A molar in my upper jaw had been somewhat problematic over the years but with a root canal at Dr. Bronstein's recommendation the tooth remained serviceable for some time. Unfortunately it began to cause me some pain early in 2022, and upon viewing x-rays and assessing the tooth, Dr. Bronstein assured me that the tooth needed to be extracted. It had been many years since i had a tooth extracted, so my greatest fear was about the possible pain involved. Needles to say, after the initial numbing injection the entire process went extremely smoothly with very little pain, indeed almost pain free. I never even had to to take any pain medication after the extraction and within a week it was pretty much healed. Indeed it was a relief to have the tooth removed. Now it's just a matter of replacing the tooth with the appropriate bridge. Thank you Dr. Bronstein!

Dr. Bronstein is a holistic dentist, meaning, he knows how to manage most aspects of dental care. One does not have to be farmed out to several specialists because Dr. Bronstein was trained at a time when dentisty was taught holistically. I've been going to dentist since I was a child. Dr. Bronstein was the ONLY dentist who, upon first examining me, checked my tonsils, my uvula, evaluated me for temporomandibular disorder or TMD. I am a nurse, but did not disclose this to Dr. Bronstein. I knew exactly what he was checking for. I felt I could trust Dr. Bronstein to care for me and my teeth from that moment on...

Thank you Dr. Bronstein for the care and artistry in replacing my two 65-year-old upper front teeth. The fit, shape, size, and color are a fine match and look entirely natural. The quality of the work that these crowns represent demonstrates your confidence in your capabilities developed over years of experience. While I learned of your practice by doing an exhaustive internet search at the very beginning of the COVID epidemic I have appreciated your office's thorough disease precautions and the friendly, no-fuss comfortable atmosphere there. I've had the pleasure of recommending you to two friends who now share my enthusiasm for your practice. We find your charges fair and appreciate the no-pressure attitude towards add-on services which you can perform but don't push on patients. In addition, your location near METRO Green/Yellow Line is attractive to this Washingtonian. I usually drive, however, and park free in the large shopping mall lot adjacent your building. If I haven't made it clear enough by now, I could not be happier with the dental care your office expertly provides.

Dr. Bronstein is a caring compassionate dentist. The thing I like best about him is that he breaks the work up instead of having one long appointment. This was a combined appointment. A crown was delivered and temporarily placed and the 4 month perio- maintenance was also completed. Time was taken to ensure the crown was a comfortable fit and the follow-up appointment was scheduled. The Dr. and his assistant were patient and very professional.

Dentist grandpa is so wonderful I had a local anaesthetic and had my wisdom tooth pulled out in five minutes. It's just that the stitches I feel little stressful and nervous The nurse and the dentist are very professional and patient Also the Dr Bronstein called me again to ask my feelings several hours later!! Dr. Bronstein has been my dentist if choice for over 20 years or more. He cares about his patients. He is honest and compassionate and he has strong interpersonal skills. I was fortunate to find Dr. Bronstein and was reassured by his vast experience in a profession where 9 out of 10 patients come in nervous if not scared. His interest in me as a person - as well as a patient - went a long way toward putting me at ease. He and Maribeth were expert at fitting my crown with my very uneven bit. My only concern is that his popularity makes getting an appointment tough sometimes!

I read the online reviews prior to making my appointment and crossed my fingers, the reviews were correct. My first appointment went very well, I was greeted by Ms. T, the office administrator. As soon I was called back and placed in the chair, the dental nurse made me feel at ease. I'm normally nervous going to the dentist; but she was amazing. She made sure that I was relaxed comfortable, she was professional and personable. Dr. Bronstein was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about his work. He took the time to explain the work needed and the steps to my dental goals. The entire encounter was pleasant and I was treated well. I look forward to returning to begin my healthier dental journey.

I had to have major repairs done to four (4) of my front teeth. I have not been able to smile in a long time due to the damage. The work he did not only repaired the damage, but was is so good that I am now able to smile without being embarrassed, no one can even tell what he had to replace! He walked me through the whole process from beginning to end and for me was very affordable. I also can't say enough kind words for his assistants help throughout the whole process. The office staff was very friendly and responsive to my calls and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Bronstein to anyone who needs a Dentist for any repairs or of dental treatments.
