Dr. Rios-Anderson and his whole staff are amazing. He did a thorough consultation and explained all that was involved in getting an implant. Several times he informed me that he wanted to make this the best experience. I had oral surgery to remove the root from a broken tooth followed by an implant. I had very little pain and no swelling after the procedure. I'm geartful to get my smile back. I would highly recommend Artic Oral Surgery.

The best experience of my life!!! I have suffered from what I thought was strictly just TMJ to find out that there was more then just that and it took one look of my imaging for Dr Rios-Andersen to know exactly what was going on with me after many years and multiple specialists and no answers!!! I left with a weight lifted off my shoulders and a lot of information and a direction as well as hope to get my life back!!! So thank you very much for being so passionate about what you do it means the world!!!!

Dr. Rios-Anderson understands the needs of his patients. He was very pleasant and attentive during my initial appointment. I was happy with the excellent dental care provided during my implant process. His front office staff is customer oriented and greets you in-person/via telephone with a friendly tone. The front office and dental staff are just as attentive to your needs as Dr. Rios-Anderson. The day after surgery, a staff conducted a well check to see how my recovery was coming along. I recovered very quickly without any issues. I highly recommend Arctic Oral Surgery.

Dr. Rios-Anderson and his staff are amazing! Very professional and they assure that all the procedures are done in patient's best interest. I had the best experience and results after 2 surgeries. Just follow your advised treatment plan, and you'll get superior results. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for your hard work!

Dr. Rios-Anderson is brilliant! I was afraid to have surgery but I never felt a thing. I was slightly sedated and was able to relax and have a rest. Dr. Rios and his staff quickly went about their work in a proficient professional manner. I can't tell you how grateful I am to this doctor and his fine staff. I'm so glad I made the chose to drive from the valley to ER for Dr Rios. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends. My best to Dr Rios and staff

If you have medicade and need to access your emergency dental funds don't come to this place. The doctor was definitely nice and I was comfortable with letting him extract my 2 back teeth. However the ladies in billing do not know how to charge medicade. My 2 back teeth have been giving me pain and a lot of problems I've really needed them out. They wouldn't even schedule me because they wanted a letter from medicade of guarantee of payment. Medicade doesn't do that I was told by many people on the phone. I confirmed more than once with the numbers that my extractions we're covered by my emergency dental. Nothing needed to be verified or anything. I waited almost 2 months trying to get into this place. Then they stopped answering my calls and wouldn't answer for the manager at medicade. Way more complicated than it should be and no one should have to wait this long to get teeth extracted that are bothering them. Thankfully I got into another provider who didn't do this to me. I was treated way better at the other place and they removed my back teeth today. I would just recommend not coming here unless you have money to pay out of pocket because they definitely don't treat there medicade patients well.

Dr. Rios-Andersen was the consummate professional, but was also very friendly and welcoming. He explained why the procedure was necessary and what the procedure entailed. He also provided a couple of different options at different pricing and explained advantages of each. He wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and understood what post surgery would be like. The procedure went just as planned and I woke up to little pain or bleeding. The office is modern and well appointed with state of the art equipment. The staff are friendly and truly care about your experience during your visits. I would not hesitate to use Dr. Rios-Andersen again or recommend his oral surgery practice to a family member.

Highly recommend!! Dr. Rios and his staff were amazing!! From the first phone call to schedule the consultation all the way through post-surgery appointment. Dr. Rios did a fantastic job with wisdom teeth extraction on two of my children. They both had minimal swelling compared to others that I have observed post procedure. The staff is friendly and caring and the facility is wam, clean, and inviting. Follow up was excellent and the general level of care is outstanding. Eagle River is fortunate to have Dr. Rios!

Praise Jesus for this talented gifted doctor! He did 2 implants, extraction and extensive bone grafting for me all in the same day. I'm on my 3rd week of recovery and couldn't be happier. He prayed over me before sedation and I felt a peace beyond my understanding and before I knew it, surgery was over. (He knew I am a believer in prayer and Christ Jesus) The staff was kind and caring towards me. They helped me figure out the financial side of things too. I highly recommend this office. I've had bad experiences with dentists and oral surgeons alike.. this office has changed my view of dental work forever. Thank you Dr. Rios! God bless you and your staff!

Was referred for a broken tooth and upon calling Arctic Oral because that's who my dentist unfortunately referred me to I was given a one week wait until I could get a "consultation". After waiting I was asked to show up 15mins early to fill out paperwork so out of respect for their time I did. Did my paperwork and at 3... nobody calls me back, 315 nobody 330 they offer to reschedule me.... no thanks how about I'll go somewhere they care about their patients... go anywhere but Artic Oral for your treatment. Legacy dental is right next door and WAY better!!!

Worst dental facility in Eagle River! Receptionists are rude on the phone and will be very short and unfriendly when telling you it will be a long wait for an appt. Then good luck getting the Dr. To keep your appointment or being seen on time. They don't care about their patients. There are many other places right here in Eagle River that are much better. Stay away from Arctic Oral Surgery and go so elsewhere.

Terrible dentist, doesn't care about patients time or needs. Only in it for insurance money and doesn't care about the patient. Staff is unhelpful and unfriendly. All around bad experience.

I see older reviews on here that are good, so this place must have really gone downhill since those reviews were left because this place is awful. Expect to wait forever to get an appt. Then when you finally do the doctor will make you wait forever past your appt time or ask you to reschedule. I am with the other bad reviewers, this place is just bad and go anywhere else. Even next door is a dental office that's 1000% better and ended up helping me. Stay away from Arctic Oral Surgery at all costs!

Had a bad experience with scheduling and them not being able to keep my appointments or see me at my appointed time. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the many better dental facilities in Eagle River. Dr. Rios and his staff don't care about their patients and don't deserve your business!

They did a fantastic job on my wisdom teeth removal! Dr. Rios-Andersen was super professional and made my experience very comfortable. His staff assisted with my insurance billing and overall it was just a good experience.
