Went twice for an extraction. The first time was excruciating and I didn't feel like the doctor understood the amount of pain I was experiencing with the numbing shots ... after crying and explaining how bad it was we scheduled another appointment a week late after a round of antibiotics . Second time around was wayyyyy more manageable , and was what I expected : low pain and as comfortable as I expected (had previous extractions ). Positives are the efficiency, front desk service , service... I would recommend .

I have had 2 flawless tooth extractions with no complications. They are a great team also easy parking. Relaxing video and music made it almost pleasant.

I love everything about this office!! Everyone is really nice, accurate, and explains the situation in detail before going through the procedure. They have great technology, knowledgeable answers, successful treatments and treat their patients well. They go an extra mile to make me free comfortable. A+++ for everyone here :)

Dr.Delarosa and his team were amazing and made me feel comfortable for the wisdom tooth extraction, he even checked in on me later in the evening to make sure I was good and to help me with more information on how long healing will be. Definitely recommend him to new patients

It's always a pleasant visit everytime I go to Dr Dela Rosa's office. The office is always clean and waiting time is not even a question. I'm always early and soon as i arrived they let me in and start the procedure. Everybody is awesome. The good thing is there's teamwork amongst all employees. Dr Dela Rosa is patient and kind. He gives a thorough explanation on the procedure and check on you day after the surgery, via phone call using his own phone not the office. Enormously recommended. :))

Archstone Oral Facial Surgery were absolutely amazing. We chose this office because it was close and convenient. Not knowing what to expect because there great reviews I was a little nervous. The staff was friendly and caring. The front desk woman was helpful in explaining the breakdown down of cost and scheduling. The surgery rooms were spotless. What one would expect though, right. Dr. Dela Rosa and team took wonderful care of my 15 year old. You could totally feel that they cared about their patients and it was more then a job. I would highly recommend friends and family to this office.

I was referred here by my dentist for extractions. I called today to inquire about my appointment and was consequently yelled at by the "manager" of this dental office. I asked her if the appointment would allow for my extractions to be the same day, and why they kept saying this was just a "consultation" despite my scans already being sent over by my regular dentist. I am especially worried about this because this would cause me to miss multiple days of work, which i cannot afford. Whomever she was, immediately began yelling about scans being mandatory for new patients regardless of if they had scan sent over or not. Seems like insurance fraud to make more $$$. But lack of customer service alone was enough for me to cancel the appointment. I advised her how much pain I was in already and she didn't even care, just went on and on. I'll take my chances elsewhere.

I went to Dr Dela Rosa for an implant surgery. Even before the procedure, he walks you through the ins & outs, and once the procedure begins, you are fully aware. Now, it's time to start. We ALL hate the dreaded needle, but thank God for modern technology, because all I felt was a prick....THAT'S IT!!!!! Then the procedure was supee fast. Dr Dela Rosa and his staff are friggin rock stars in the dental world. He is my go to Dr for (hopefully not soon) dental, surgical needs.

Dr.Dela Rosa and his team are simply THE BEST!!! I have extreme dental anxiety which resulted in avoiding my wisdom tooth removal for several years. I called to make my appointment over the phone and Sarah was very friendly and helpful with scheduling and helping me with all of my insurance related questions. She was able to get me in to be seen by Dr.Dela Rosa in just a couple of days. From my very first visit with Dr. Dela Rosa, I was impressed. He took the time to explain my specific situation in detail including both the benefits and risks associated so that I could make the best informed decision. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind, which instantly put me at ease and gave me the confidence to move forward with the surgery. On the day of the surgery I was so anxious about getting an IV and being sedated. However, Venus his assistant, was so sweet and funny that she made me feel totally comfortable. She even asked what my favorite artist was so that I could fall asleep and wake up listening to my favorite music. Dr. Dela Rosa was wonderful and explained each step of the process which really eased my anxiety. He administered the IV himself and It was completely painless.The last thing I remember was Dr.Dela Rosa talking to me about the landscapes on the screen while relaxing music played in the background, and the next thing I knew the procedure was done and I was ready to go home. I was amazed at how alert I felt immediately after the procedure. I was able to walk and talk and felt like my normal self when I left. No pain whatsoever. The night of my surgery Dr. Dela Rosa even took the time to call and check up on me himself and said that I could contact him on his cell at any time with any questions or concerns. I am now one week post op, healing beautifully and cleared to eat all of my favorite foods. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Dela Rosa and his team for providing such excellent care and my only regret is not visiting him sooner. Thank you so much Dr.DelaRosa, Venus and Sarah for giving me such a perfect experience! If you are in need of wisdom tooth removal, don't hesitate for one more minute and go see Dr.Dela Rosa. Trust me, you will be so happy you did.

Dr. Alfredo Dela Rosa made my otherwise scary visit (wisdom tooth removal) a painless and informative experience. One of the friendliest dentists I've met. The facility is state of the art and doesn't have that hospital vibe; made me more comfortable. His assistant and the front desk were super friendly and helpful too. If ever you need a dental operation; Archstone Oral & Facial Surgery is the place to go.

I had my 4 wisdom removed and everything inside was so professional clean and beautiful! Dr. Dela rosa and Venus were amazing!!! De dela rose was super profesional! Super nice and was in and out. over all my experience was amazing I definitely felt welcomed and comfortable. I experienced minimal Swelling and after about 2 hours I had no pain. Venus was super sweet she was the sweetest! She made me feel so comfortable and relax she even played my favorite music. Honestly best experience I ever had. Thank you dr dela Rosa and Venus! If you think about getting any teeth removed come here I 100% recommend it and you won't regret it either.

Dr. Dela Rosa and his staff were great. Went in for a consult for a wisdom tooth extraction. Was given options and decided on just local anesthesia. Dr Dela Rosa was fast and efficient. He even called and text later than night to make sure I was fine. I really appreciate that. It hasn't even been 24 hours and I have no pain. Thank you!

The Dr. Was great, had 2 of my wisdom tooth removed and I was out in less than an hour. It was quick and painless.
