Office is clean and fairly efficient. Staff are very upbeat and enthusiastic about their jobs and ensuring the patient is taken care of and understands what the plan is. I didn't give 5 stars because sometimes they are so busy it takes longer than it should and when your child needs to be in school and/or you need to be at work, it can have an inpact.

Dr. Rhodes and his staff were super nice ! My daughter went in for a cleaning and he made time to help her knock out her front baby teeth, that were stuck for a while ,instead of having her come back . Very good bed side manners !

I'm impressed with the prompt and friendly service. The receptionists are so friendly and they do a great job of providing relevant information about insurance billing and status of appointments. The dentists are so professional, courteous, and helpful. I especially appreciate the dental hygienist Lauren who was exceptional in her care and cleaning. She provided practical and educational information about dental hygiene. She is so pleasant and takes extra effort in being gentle when cleaning. I highly recommend this business

The folks in the office from dentists to front desk are professional and so pleasant to deal with! So glad I made Archstone my go to for dental work!

Going to the dentist can be somewhat uncomfortable however at Archstone Dental their excellent staff are always friendly, professional, and reassuring.

Overall experience was great. The only thing that was not so good was the fact that the hygienist that cleaned and flossed my teeth didn't have her phone on silent and it was ringing in my ear. That was very UNPROFESSIONAL. Phones should be kept on silent when you are taking care of your clients.

Came here with my grand daughter the place was busy and took a little while almost 1.5 hours for a cleaning and check up. But everyone was very nice

To start with.... Unprofessional /incompetent office staff. Always laughing when they pick up the phone. Needed a root canal. The dentist didn't want to give me an antibiotic to begin with. And then who they referred me to could not get me in for 2 weeks, said to go back to them for more antibiotic. That took 2 days to get after my face was swollen to the point my eye was shut. I went to another dentist for the root canal. . Archstone didn't send the right X-rays. I have not listed e erythromycin I went through in this review,. Just a complete nightmare for almost 2 weeks with an abscessed tooth and had to miss work.

The front desk staff were very pleasant very professional and very friendly the lady that was back there with me explaining my dentures was very pleasant professional very sweet I will recommend this place to everybody that I talk to and I will continue coming to this dentist I'm sure enjoyed it pleasant and they explained everything or I could understand it I compliments to all the staff and to the pleasant atmosphere it had

Have been using Archstone for about 3 years!! Staff & office personnel are great. Went today for a cleaning & was not happy with the hygienist that replaced Lauren at all!! Hope she returns soon because if she doesn't, I will most likely not be returning as well!! I really like Archstone!!!

I waited an hour to have nothing more than x-rays done. I finally left because I couldn't wait any longer. No one gave me an update on how long it would be or apologized for the delay, or even told me from the start that they were behind and it would be longer than normal. Very frustrating and a complete waste of time.

Called to schedule appt but was not able to get in for almost 3 weeks. Gave my insurance info over phone so they could get me a quote of an estimate of cost of visit since I am on a very fixed income. Was never called back until day before appt to confirm appt. Was told they have no way of knowing how much cost would be or even cost of office visit. On to another dentist.
