Such a great experience from beginning to end! I would recommend this office and will be looking forward to coming back in six months. There was some confusion with my insurance on arrival and Gabby at the front desk took the time to verify that I would be covered over the phone with my insurance provider. Any other office would have just sent me on my way to find another dentist. I'm also pretty sure everyone in the office worked into their office lunch break to finish my appointment. Dr. Pak was very thorough and had great bedside manner. Convenient location too! Don't fret and make yourself the appointment.

I am a patient of Dr. Jan Ortiz and I go to the Hulen Mall clinic. I am very satisfied with the service and attention I have received. Dr. Ortiz is amazing, very friendly and a great orthodontist. I 100% recommend the services of Dr. Ortiz.

New receptionist lady was disrespectful, impatient and had attitude. If you don't like working there, quit! Definitely not made for the job.

The front-desk lady, Key, who handles reception and insurance matters, is excellent. She has worked in this industry for nine years. The dentist, Dr. Florist, is professional and willing to explain my dental health questions. So all is well, but... the clinic admits too many patients that exceed its staffing (doctor, specialist) capacity. My teeth clean was done in a hurry and unprofessionally. I would say it was the worst teeth clean I ever received. Also, during my teeth cleaning, the dentist and the hygienist were pulled away to handle another patient. I was sitting in my chair for twenty minutes. I finally went out to look for them to complete my teeth cleaning. The hygienist explained that they lack doctors and specialists, and they have to take a musical chair to treat patients in turns.

In on time, great folks working on your teeth, it's a pleasant experience, then you are out of there. What's not to like about that. SO different than most of my past trips to the Dentist Office.

The tech who did my son's X-ray was great with him and he was fine. The other lady had no business working with kids and obviously did not want to. We have been going to Archstone for years and I won't go back

I love this place so much. I tried looking for something closer to home and the 3 other places I took my 4 kids to did not exceed Archstone in the hulen mall.

I Had a bad toothache and was told by my regular dentist it would be weeks before I could get in. A coworker recommended Archstone and they got me in the next day! I was in and out of the office quickly with the issue solved.

Though they don't have the latest technology, I have enjoyed my experience. I've gotten implants, crowns, cleanings, and fillings here. Everyone I have met with here has been kind and professional. Dr. Dana Tievsky is incredibly talented and caring. Robert is awesome. The receptionists I have encountered have been nice too. The hygienist, Wendy, did a great job. I did have an instance where one of the dentists didn't do one of my crowns correctly but Dr. Tievsky was able to fix it and at no cost to me. All around, they have done a great job taking care of me so I am grateful!
