Absolutely love going here they're always very professional I've got two kids one teenager one toddler and this is the best dentist office I've ever been to when it comes to working with them and making them feel comfortable great staff Dr T is the best in the DFW area would highly recommend for anyone especially people with kids. Traci was real informative about my dental plan and how it was all going to work if I could give more than a five-star review I would.

I will definitely keep going to the dentist after my visit. Best customer service and dentists the staff was so helpful with and genuinely caring about me. Recommend this place to anyone.

I highly encourage anyone who has previously left negative reviews to give this office a try again. A lot of the reviews talk about the price but good dental work isn't cheap and cheap dental work isn't good. I know long wait times suck but I've also gone to dentists who have you in and out in 5 mins and you have no clue whether or not they even had enough time to actually look at the problems. Dr. T and this office go above and beyond for their patients. One of the staff members, I believe her name is Tracie spent extra time helping me understand not only the dental work I'd be getting done but also how my insurance works and what it covers. I'd rather wait a little longer and spend a little more for quality work.

The manager , tracie , doesn't do billing correctly and if you call her out on it, she violates HIPAA and tries to get you fired from your job. Real piece of work she is!!!

I love these great people, I am so nervous about dentist , but I have to say Doc T and her staff are amazing .Tracy calmed my nerves and just was the best , love this place

Dr. Jones is always professional and very polite. I would recommend him to anyone. The staff is very polite as well.

I do my homework before calling dentists and doctors to make sure they are in network on our insurance. Did all this for Arch stone in network on medical and dental, then I call them. Yes taking new patients, tell them our insurance and am told, oh we won't bill your insurance. Ok, I vote with my dollar and will take it else where!

Everyone in the Azle office has been fantastic from the front desk to the dentist. Very professional and thorough I am a lifelong customer referred by my husband who has been a customer for 3 years.

The first time I went in it was to get a tooth pulled. I went in at 2. I jokingly asked if I was going to be the last client of the day. It took them forever to get started on me.I didn't get out until 7:00 that night. The dentist and her assistant talked about her going on vacation. Then about how the dentist husband was going to be upset with her for working late. Made me feel like I was a burden. Then they had me purchased this thrive in the false hopes that I would get a free cleaning. I went to get my free cleaning yesterday and they informed me of all the work I need done. I know I need work but I just came for the cleaning. They refuse to do the cleaning unless I got the other work done. I would not recommend them. They're very unprofessional.

Well very good tell today I was looking for to get the surgery done but it did not happen so I will go to the heart dr Friday and let you no what he say tell then I will be back to see y'all' as soon as I found out what going on thank you so much .

This was my 1st visit. Everyone was so nice and very prompt. This was the only time I've been to a dentist office and left with a smile. Thank you for the great experience. Another visit. Denture fits great. You guys are awesome

From the receptionist, hygienist and dentist; everyone did a great job of coordinating and executing. X-rays were done quickly; cleaning was thorough and careful. I have sensitivity due to recession in my gums and the hygienist was thoughtful around those areas. The dentist came in to double check on the x-rays, do an overall check of my dental health and gave me a referral for an oral surgeon to handle a small concern she had on my x-rays. I appreciate how thorough the team is as well as how clean the office was. The receptionist had my insurance information completed and my receipt ready upon scheduling of my next appointment. This will continue to be the team who handles my dental health and I am excited to find this office so close to my home. Thank you team!
