I've been going to Dr Johnson for years. Never had a complaint against her and any of her staff at any time.

I recently moved to Olney and thought it would be nice to find a local dentist. When I saw online, Dr Archana's reviews seemed satisfactory, so I decided to join the 3 month long waitlist. In my mind I was like - wow she must be good, and hence the long waitlist. I am a person who generally fears going to the dentist (as many can relate) and so far all the dentists I have gone to in the past, have made me feel comfortable knowing that I tend to get nervous with the procedures. Before my appointment - I was made to fill out tons of forms (more than what I would normally fill at a dental practice). Finally the day of the appointment arrived. Once I checked in, there was a dental assistant waiting with her tools to do a cleaning. I was hoping for a consultation with the Dentist first - since this is my very first visit. I needed a crown for my dental implant so wanted to discuss that. But the dental assistant said I cannot see the doctor and I "HAVE" to get cleaning done first. I was not at all prepared for the cleaning mentally and insisted that I meet the doctor. The doctor came and she was the most unfriendly person I have ever met. She scared me with the kinds of diseases that I could get if I do not get cleaning done. Instead of making me relaxed, she increased my blood pressure and stress. She also said that if I dont get cleaning done that day, then it will be considered a "missed appointment" since other patients have been waiting. What about my wait? What about the fact that I waited 3 months to go through this nightmare of an experience with this unethical practitioner who is only a leech for money. She made me pay $59 for a missed appointment claiming its part of the policy. I threw the money on that beggars face -since all she cares about is money. This lady is just a money churning machine and do not consider patients like humans. I would recommend not to go to her as she will consider you as a specimen for her practice and not really a human with issues that needs to be cured. She will scare you and never make you feel comfortable during her visit. Please save your time, money and most importantly to keep your mental peace at check. I feel lucky to have found another Dental practice who gave me a first consultation like I expected, clarified all my doubts and ensured my dental cleaning was stress free experience.

I've never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. I did not return the papers prior to the appointment (but did bring them) and heard the staff talking poorly about me in the waiting room, that was filled with 2 other clients. I told them I could hear them and instead of the staff apologizing I was publicly shamed further. I work and teach in healthcare and will use this office an example of what not to do

The oral hygienists are super nice! Specifically the hygienist - Bev. Bev is very thorough and supportive which I appreciate a lot. She provided a lot of positive feedback while still pointing out things I could work on. Bev also walked me through everything she was doing which was very respectful. Dr. Johnson is also very nice.

If you are like me, you avoid visiting the dentist as much as possible. However, my visits to the dental office of Dr. Johnson's have all been pleasant. My experience have been super wonderful. The hygienists are very nice; they always greet you by name and make you feel comfortable in the chair. I have been a patient of Dr. Johnson's for almost a year now and I feel like she really takes the time to get to know me. It's not just a feeling of arriving and leaving once the procedure is done - the dentist really tries to make me as well as other patients feel welcomed. The front desk staff is really nice as well. I always receive a personal confirmation call from them instead of an automatic recording reminding me about my appointments. The facility is very clean. There are plenty of books and magazines to read while waiting for your appointments - there is even music! Restrooms are located in the hallway right outside of the office. The area and office building are wheelchair accessible. Take my word for it and check this practice out! You won't be disappointed!

Dr Johnson, Tony (her hygienist), and staff are great. Making appointments, insurance/ payments, and actual dental care are 5 stars. Never have to wait more than 10 minutes. They are courteous and respectful. I have always been satisfied with my cleanings and my more involved procedures (my crowns and fillings). Thanks to the team for my care over the years.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Johnson's for over 10 years now. She and her dental staff are amazing. Every time I visit the office for my dental cleaning appointment, I feel welcomed by her staff. The two members of the front desk are very courteous and helpful when it comes to addressing billing and dental procedure questions. The hygienists there are also great! I have waited 15-20 minutes past my appointment times before (not often) but that goes to show that the hygienists are very thorough and diligent with each cleaning. Dr. Johnson and Emma, her assistant, are wonderful. They make me feel comfortable when I have to be in the chair for certain procedures, and they're super great with kids too. I would highly refer Dr. Johnson to anyone in the area who is looking for a dentist who knows how to take care of her patients.
