Excellent, high quality from the first phone call to the visit and the follow-up afterwards. The gal who helped me schedule did a great job of explaining that the first visit with little kiddos is usually about getting them comfy in their surroundings. My 2 yo, who is normally withheld and observant in new spaces, was happy and chatty and fell in love with his dental hygienist and asked about her for the rest of the day. "Where my Kayla? I had an amazing new client visit with Nicole and Dr. Harnish! Everyone from Becky and Sarah at the front desk to Nicole and Dr. Harnish were warm and welcoming, helping me to feel at ease. Both Nicole and Dr. Harnish gave me the time and space to talk about my concerns and interest in next steps. Nicole did a wonderful job with my cleaning and was excellent at explaining each step as she went! Overall, it was a great experience and one of the best I've had at the dentist in years.

The most informative, thorough, and comfortable dental experience I've ever had. The staff, hygienists, and Dr. Harnish all took their time to explain quite literally every detail as well as the mechanics of my teeth. They listen to your concerns and you discuss a dental health plan moving forward together.

I've never experienced such a thoughtful, pleasant and detailed check-up. Staff members were concerned about my health and my comfort. We discussed how other health issues may be impacting my teeth and jaw and began a treatment plan that I feel good about. As an added bonus, I got to watch Netflix while I waited. It was an excellent experience.

Sarah kindly got me in same day for a quick re-cement as my dentist was far away and temporary fix was time sensitive. Nicole and Dr Derek Harnish were lovely, thoughtful, and fast, which I greatly appreciated. Nice and clean clinic.

Excellent care! Due to moving back to F/M area, I was going to make a meet/greet appointment with Arch Dental, but, due to my tooth (Crown), falling out, they were so kind to get me in that day! Everyone, from the Receptionist (Becca), Dental Assistant (Katie), Hygienist (Sarah) and Dr. Harnish, are very Professional, and efficient! The office is immaculate! If I could rate 10 stars, I would! Total health centered, multifaceted dental health approach using a teaching mindset and with fantastic modern technology, all provided by a talented team of hygienists and support staff (who are professionals in their own right) in addition to a very forward thinking dental team. This isn't a dental office this is a community and it's amazing.

Personally one of the better dentist visits I have ever experienced! The hygienist and doctor were incredibly informative and were able to answer any questions I may have had. They were very thorough and friendly, and it was fast considering it was a scheduled three hour appointment. Overall, 10/10 experience, and am definitely making Arch Dental my primary dentist. Would recommend to those new to the Fargo area or those needing better and efficient care :)
