In 1978, Dr. Baloy started his practice in Minerva Park. In the early 90s, to accommodate the needs of a growing practice, he relocated to the Presidential Gateway location and took on the name Northeast Family Dental.In 2016, they expanded the practice by adding a Grandview location, and Arch City Dental was born. (link to history of the name) To provide an even better experience and respond to the needs of a growing practice, they again made the decision to relocate. In March, 2017 the Northeast office of Arch City Dental relocated to 191 W Schrock Rd, Westerville.

Arch City Dental has provided my dental care for 6 years when I relocated to the Columbus area. They are honesty and don't try to sell me on services that are not needed. Everyone is so easy to communicate and that also important to me. Would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new Dental group.

Hadnt been there for a cleaning in over two years and it was only a couple weeks for an open appointment. Also, Denise was fantastic. Nothing hurt that she worked on, which is a rarity for me.

The appointments are generally punctual. I see Dr Bruce Baloy but his son Andrew is also a DDS there as wll as another doctor. If I or my family needs emergency service, there is always prompt service available. The dental hygienists are VERY thorough. Since I have no dental insurance, I use the" SmileProgram" which is prepaid check ups & teeth cleaning which also gives me discounts when I need reparative dental work. I place a lot of trust in Drs. Baloy & the rest of the practice.

I've been going to Arch City Dental for a couple of years now, and their services have never disappointed me! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and they do a thorough job perfecting your dental hygiene. This last visit, my hygienist, Megan, was amazing. Not only was she thorough but also so knowledgeable on dental anatomy and really took the time to make sure my teeth were in good shape. The dentist was also able to and willing to fix a sealant ON THE SAME DAY after Megan noticed it needed fixed. I couldn't be more pleased with how they care for me while I'm there, and I highly recommend Arch City Dental to anyone and everyone looking.
