In 1978, Dr. Baloy started his practice in Minerva Park. In the early 90s, to accommodate the needs of a growing practice, he relocated to the Presidential Gateway location and took on the name Northeast Family Dental.In 2016, they expanded the practice by adding a Grandview location, and Arch City Dental was born. (link to history of the name) To provide an even better experience and respond to the needs of a growing practice, they again made the decision to relocate. In March, 2017 the Northeast office of Arch City Dental relocated to 191 W Schrock Rd, Westerville.

Arch City Dental took very good care of me. They explained everything so well. The receptionist Kirsten was so polite and helpful on the phone and in person. A rarity these days. Gail and Cassie and Dr Andy we're all very pleasant and professional. I recommend them. Park behind the building where there is no charge.

Had an appointment with Dr. Andy Baloy, replaced a crown. Talk me thru the procedure which helped to relax me and make things easier. He and his assistant were caring and solicitous during the whole process. Made the treatment go easy and comfortable.

This is an amazing dental clinic, when I come in here I don't feel afraid, and all of those terrible childhoods memories disappear. The staff is awesome, and it's extremely clean!! Highly recommend.

Dr. Andy and all of the staff have been great. I was able to get scheduled quickly as a new patient, they addressed all of my concerns immediately, and made me feel welcome. I was also very impressed with all of their technology after coming from a very old school dentist previously. I highly recommend!
