Where should I start? The team here just went absolutely above and beyond for me. Exceptional professionalism and kindness all around. Wouldn't even think to go to a different dental office after my time here. From Dr. Milana to the office staff- incredible people who care, listen, and do everything in their ability to go above and beyond for you. Wish I could give this place more than five stars.

I have been going to Arcadia Dentistry for years, as well as my parents! My husband recently started going as well! This is the best dental office and team you will find in Phoenix! I moved and still travel for them as I know I am getting the best dental care. Cindy at the front desk and De the hygienist are the sweetest people, always have a smile on their face and treat me like a friend versus a patient! My teeth are very sensitive and she always takes her time and makes me feel extra comfortable! Plus, have you ever been to a doctors office that texts you?! Amazing customer service as they always text back! As long as they are in business, I will never go elsewhere!

I have been visiting Dr. Milana for the past year and a half or so and I will never go anywhere else. I came in for my first appointment having not been to the dentist in quite some time due to fear and previous issues. Dr. Milana was patient with me and walked me through every single issue we needed to clear up. He asked what would make me most comfortable during my visits and was just hands down amazing. Now I primarily see DeeDee, the most awesome hygienist ever. She is absolutely a pleasure to see and has really helped me up my dental health game. Like I said, I hope I never have to go elsewhere and would ALWAYS recommend Arcadia Dental to anyone.

Dr. Milana and his staff are the best in the world. Nice, friendly, treat you like family and always care for your smiles. Been going to Dr. Milana for 10 years and will continue to do so. He saved my smile , made me smile again.

After moving to Phoenix, I tried a few dentists, and am so happy I finally found Arcadia Dentistry! Dr. Milana and Deedee are exceptionally skilled and caring at their work . I feel like a different person since being under their treatment and have finally gotten my oral and dental health under control! If you are looking for a a dentist, I highly recommend you give them a call. Just speaking with Cindy to schedule for my first appointment, I knew I was at the right place. When I see 'Dentist Appointment' on my calendar schedule, it puts a smile on my face. Thank you, Arcadia Dentistry!

First to preface my comment- I am one of those individuals who had neglected my teeth. And for those of you who have always taken care of your teeth, the shame and guilt and feelings of a deep sense of dread tend to compound the issue further by a fear of showing up and being humiliated. During his examination, Dr. Milana reinforced this feeling by commenting on my upper right teeth saying, "And these are 'TOAST' ". While I'm not the most sophisticated person in the world, it doesn't take a rocket scientist (or evidently a dentist) to figure out that the word "TOAST" belongs in a culinary conversation about Denny's, not as a cold and completely insensitive comment from someone with 4.8 stars on Google. Knowledgeable and qualified yes, personable and compassionate.....well you be the judge. As a follow-up, your "Toast" comment was followed directly by you saying that those teeth were TERMINAL. Again I ask you whether the word terminal belongs in a conversation about a patient's teeth or when giving directions to the airport. I just maybe I'm just a whiner....

I have been going to this practice for the last two years and could not be happier. Being in the medical practice it is important to have good follow through from the front office to back office to provider and this practice excels in all of those aspects. My dental hygienist is wonderful and Dr. Milana is very detailed and personable. Cindy goes above and beyond to get me scheduled even when I have to cancel last minute due to my own practice.

I have gotten to know Dr. Milana over the last several years. First as a customer of mine, then a friend, but not until recently as my dentist. I had been a loyal patient to a family friend for many years, but decided it was time for a change. I wish I had made the decision sooner. The switch and new patient docs were made very easy by the front office- seamless. The thoroughness in both the exam and hygiene cleaning appt were eye opening. I have referred my sister and brother-in-law already, and I'd refer anyone looking for a dentist. You will not be disappointed by Dr. Milana and his team, they're top notch!

Talk about being at ease at the dentist! From check in with friendly, compassionate, kind and caring Cindy, knowledgeable, professional and caring Dr. Milana to educational, non-judge mental, gentle, compassionate, kind Deedee this group is hands down the best at what they do!! I highly recommend them which I have to friends and family and they agree with me on how pleasant and the satisfaction from start to finish!! Thank you for taking your time with explanations and procedures, it really makes a difference!

I have been going to Dr. Milana for 14 years and he is the best dentist I have had in all my years. Great staff, great location, beautiful facility. I had many years before Dr. Milana with anxiety toward dentistry, but I learned how to calm my fears with Dr. Milana. I highly recommend this dentist.

What a very odd experience. Here is what happened: they call me 20minutes before my first exam appt. for 8am asking me to reschedule. I said I was already 5 minutes away, and she said to just come in and they will see me early. Arrive at 7:45. Wasn't seen until 8:20, but oh well. Not a big deal. We get my Xrays done and he says my teeth look good, just some plaque. He then asks me who my insurance is (odd question to be sure). After I tell him who my insurance carrier is, he decides to prod around my gums for 20 minutes. Out of left field, he decides the sky is falling and that I have gum disease and I need a $2500 operation to fix it. $500 out of pocket with my insurance. I said no thank you but I would like to schedule a cleaning, covered under my insurance. This guy proceeds to tell me he can't in good conscience schedule a cleaning, and that if he were to see me again that I had to do the operation. Truly mind blowing. Although, I shouldn't be surprised, as others in reviews have accused him of doing the same thing. I too will not pay for this guys boat (he will say he doesnt have one but its a funny anecdote). I've asked around, and nobody has ever heard of a dentist refusing a cleaning schedule after an initial exam. I've reached out to other dentists in the area who are happy to have my business.

I come 3-4 times a year because of my gums (people floss and water pik!), and the entire staff from Dr. Milana, to Dee Dee, to Cindy, make it a very enjoyable visit. These professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly staff make a huge difference and why I highly recommend this place.

My whole family loves Arcadia Dentistry! Dr Milana, Cindy, DD, and Becca are so awesome. Cindy's warm inviting nature is what sold me over the phone before we even had our first appointment! Everyone in the office is so caring. Highly recommend!
