he was FANTASTIC my first time there........after that the staff was rude and now they wont accept the same insurance i used the first time. go somewhere else

Always a great experience at Arbor West, even when we have to do some heavy lifting or drilling. The other day I experienced a Professional extraction of impacted wisdom teeth and filling of molar cavity. Staff and dentist and Dental assistant are very good.Did I have fun, well no, but it's a dental office with needles and whirling, grinding drills. I feel confident I am receiving excellent care. I have a follow up appointment and am sure I will receive good care.

Best dentist & staff I ever had. ( My dentist yrs ago Dr. Dahl in the little schoolhouse in Stockbridge was good as well. ) I actually look forward to my teeth cleaning now. The dentist is so upbeat & kind. Soon I will have some work done & know I am in good hands.

We have very good experience Arbor West Dental Center. Dr. Shariff and staff are honest caring people who are trying to do the best they can. Dr. Shariff performs three of my kid's wisdom teeth extractions, Dr. Shariff is experienced dentist, I don't have to take my kids to Oral Surgery Clinic.

Decided to try them brought in both my daughters 1st for routine cleaning then work that needed to be done my oldest had a hole in her tooth they said it had a cavity...ok so that seems normal...next they drill and fill and I mention her face is swallow pretty bad...they its normal...I call within 24 hours and let them know her face is unusually swollow... Friday I have her up at office they give antibiotics and take x-ray...nothing to worry about...I think my other daughters appointment is Monday and my oldest can't eat and face still swollow... I voiced my concern about root canal and facial cellulitis and was told I'm welcome to get a second opinion...which I did...sure enough my concerns were valid...my daught had to have emergency oral surgery then a root canal...my youngest we were told she had 4-5 cavities and would 8 selants that insurance would not pay for... took her to the new dentist Wurztels great staff and they said she had absolutely no cavities and would need 6 selants that my insurance would pay for...this place was willing to let my oldest suffer and drill into healthy teeth and take money from me and my insurance company for no reason...will never come back again and if anyone asks about them will notrecommend going to them...

I had a very good experience. The staff was friendly, and helpful. And Dr. Shariff made recommendations, but he did not push; he understood that the final decisions are mine. They offer a payment option, and write up a treatment plan, and go over it with you. I highly recommend them.

This dentist is amazing! I had my wisdom teeth pulled there and everyone was telling me how excruciating it was, I have to disagree. I experienced some discomfort for a couple of days, but he obviously knows what he's doing! Needless to say, this is my entire family's dentist now. My kids love him, and my youngest daughter actually looks forward to going to her dentist appointments. They are very nice people, they don't treat you like you're just another patient. As I've gotten to know Dr Sharriff, he is a very good man. And it shows in his ethics and personality. #FoundMyDentistForLife

Ive had two cleaning, wisdom teeth removed, fillings and a root canal all done here. All 5 star experience! Awesome staff, awesome doctor. Great with scheduling appointments and availability. With all of their appointment reminders via text, email & phone there is no way you could miss an appointment! Couldn't ask for more in a dentist

The team at Arbor West Dental has always been very caring and efficient with my Dental Care. I have always had a bad case of nerves before going to the dentist, at Arbor West, I don't worry about going to the Dentist. I have had only positive experiences here.
