The office is spotless clean. The staff listen well and go above and beyond. I had some serious issues but the doctor was kind as well as honest. Dr Jones has an outstanding caring process. It spills over to her assistant, Tammy. The front office staff were wonderful from greeting at the desk all the way thru the end of visit. All questions answered and they take time with you. (Toya and Tamela.) They even called and set up my appointment with the oral surgeon for me because I was a little nervous. Everyone put me at ease. Need excellent dental care ? Go to this office fast !!!! They are awesome

It was my and husband 1st time visit and everyone in there is amazing from the time we checked in to checking out and the doctor explained everything to us after reviewing the x-rays I would highly recommend this dental office

Dr. Jones has the most beautiful spirit and I am thankful to have her as my dentist. All of my interactions with all staff from walking into the door to leaving have been outstanding and professional.

The process was professional and fast from start to finish. I especially like receiving reminders for my appointment and being offered the option to come on earlier if other patients cancel. The entire staff was friendly and professional. I will be switching my entire family Dr. Jones' practice.

I absolutely love Dr. Jones and her amazing staff! I've been going to Dr. Jones for years. They treat you like family. Beautiful new facility. You can feel the love that the employees have for one another. My mom is now a patient of Dr. Jones.

Amazing dentist office! Recommended to family and friends and will continue to do so. Super convenient, the staff is incredible, and they're super knowledgeable. My questions are never left unanswered. Their billing practices and attention to details/communication is top notch. I've been to so many dentist offices and this is by far the best to date. I look forward to going to this office for the foreseeable future.

The entire experience was great as a new patient. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The Doctor had a great bed side manner and explained everything in great detail and provided me an opportunity to ask questions as well. The hygienist that did my cleaning was very thorough and friendly.

I took my mother to see Dr. Jones after having a bad experience with her previous dentist. As soon as we walked in the door the staff welcomed us. They thoroughly sanitized everything we touched and were aware of the covid standards. I would highly recommend taking your elderly parent or anyone who hates going to the dentist. I truly believe Dr. Jones is our personal Tooth Fairy sent from Heaven... Especially for those of us who are afraid to go to the dentist!!

Be careful. I had my teeth last cleaned in Feb 2020 (by my regular dentist that is a 30 min drive from my house). I decided to skip my 6 month checkup because COVID-19 was bad in July 2020. I made sure to brush and floss well, and as things settled down with COVID, my desire to find a dentist closer to my home led me to schedule an appointment at Arbor Place Dental Group. I thought I would go in for a regular check-up and cleaning. Ms. Jones did my check-up. She informed me that I was in an Early Periodontitis state and that she could save my gums and teeth by recommending that I schedule several sessions for deep cleaning, remove all of my wisdom teeth, and see her every 3 months until we have defeated gum disease. All of this would cost nearly 10k (most of it billable to my insurance company). I left that office and decided to reach out to a different dentist to get a 2nd opinion on all that she introduced. This dentist informed me that my teeth and gums were in great shape, and that he could tell that I have been taking extra care of my teeth since their condition was so well maintained. He ended up doing a normal cleaning. Again. Be careful.

5 stars is not enough for this amazing dentist. Her staff is outstanding and amazing. Dr.Jones her self is so kind and does amazing work. I would recommend this place to everyone!
