So, why are thousands of people world wide choosing the CEREC restorative technique for their dental needs?

A CEREC tooth restoration isn't just convenient, it is also healthy. Many years ago, dentists had few options to repair decayed and damaged teeth other than amalgam, gold, and other metals. With CEREC, your dentist can use strong, tooth colored ceramic materials to restore your teeth to their natural strength, beauty, and function. These materials closely match the composition of natural tooth structure. This means when you eat hot food and then drink something cold, the restoration and tooth expand and contract at almost equal rates. So, your tooth does not crack, and you can go on enjoying your evening. Also, the materials are chemically bonded to your tooth, so your dentist can save as much healthy tooth tissue as possible while providing you with a dental restoration that strengthens your tooth.

Your dentist can use CEREC for more than just crowns and fillings. CEREC is capable of producing any single tooth restoration. Chipped or discolored front teeth can be repaired with beautiful CEREC porcelain anterior crowns or veneers. Your smile makes a lasting first impression. Enhance it with CEREC.

Worldwide, a CEREC restoration is placed every 20 seconds. With a history of nearly 20 years, this equipment has helped dentists place over 6 million restorations. Using metal free materials that are the closest to your natural enamel, CEREC gives you the highest quality restorative care. Ask your dentist today about single visit CEREC

Kameron felt comfortable and thought the employees were very nice. It also helped that we ended up knowing an employee who worked there.

It has been since December I have not gotten a response or call an email a response to the text for scheduling appointment. After paying $2,500 cash for replacing a crown. May I please have an appointment for you to install my crown or may I have my crown so I can go to a different dentist.

Everyone was friendly and courteous, they went the extra mile with services, pricing is reasonable, and minimal wait times in the office. Recommended.

So, first off I have to admit that I extremely dislike the dentist. That being said, I was highly skeptical about how my dental experience would be since I had to wait three months to be seen. Appointment date came and I went. I immediately saw why the wait to be seen was so long. They are a small dental office that is very busy. To me that was a good sign as if they weren't any good, they wouldn't be so busy. So I was just there to get established that day and to be told what needed to be done to get my mouth back to tip top shape. So I went out to schedule two more appointments. One for my cleaning and one for my fillings. I was asked if I could wait for ten minutes as the hygentist had someone scheduled that was late but they were going to give the ten more minutes. I said sure. I totally figured the person would come running in and I would have to wait for my cleaning until after the first of the year. So I waited and the person didn't show so I was able to get my cleaning done that same day. Now I only have to go back for the fillings. Now please be aware, that does not usually happen. On top of all that, everyone working in this office is very nice and super helpful and caring. Even if you are a huge baby like me when it comes to the dentist. I give this office a 5+. If I could I would rate it higher. Thank you again, SHERRI.

Honestly, I am pretty disappointed. To start off, my first visit was back in September, I came in as a new patient. Some of the information was gathered from me via phone when I initially made the appt. Upon coming in, they had me fill out new patient paperwork which I filled out very quickly, considering all my general information (name, contact info, insurance) was already pre-filled. I then waited around 30-40 minutes to finally be taken back where the assistant took my X-rays and Dr came in and did my initial exam. Considering that I was seen at this office for the first time, I was hoping for a more welcoming feel by the staff but the Dr didn't even introduce himself, quickly completed his exam and left, leaving me hanging. Fast forwarding to November, I came in for some fillings. I requested they do all four at once since they were pretty small and they did which was great. Although the procedure itself was not great at all. Dr seemed like he rushed through the fillings, and made it feel rough. His assistant seemed very unorganized and distracted. She didn't know how to properly use the suction/water (she kept on spraying water all over my face and then patting it after roughly with a paper towel) or the curing light (Dr kept on guiding her on which teeth to cure, hence why I figured she seemed distracted). To me it just seemed like she was unexperienced. I have previously worked at a dental office before and so being a patient this time around made me realize how it is so important to make the patient feel comfortable, relaxed, and informative at their visit and have their dental procedure run smoothly and not rushed. I understand that the Dr had a busy schedule and other patients to attend to but they could of at least informed/updated me on what's going on. And lastly, today I had my cleaning appt scheduled for 10am. I woke up this morning not feeling well (aside from my 2 kids getting sick) so I immediately called the office at 8am to reschedule. No one answered so I left a voicemail so they can call me back to reschedule my cleaning. I also sent them a text with the phone number they provided. All day I haven't received any type of response. To me, it just seems like they are unprofessional and don't value their patients and their time. Which is truly disappointing. Not sure if I'll be returning, just felt like I wasn't valued as a patient and to me that is highly important, considering that I am trusting Arbor's staff to take care of my dental needs.

Used this dentist office for 2-3 years. The first impression was the place was a bit dingy and needed updating, but that's not a make or break as they'd obviously been there quite awhile. The dentist is competent even if a bit rude. Each of the the hygienists were always nice, but that SHOULD have been my first clue. It was NEVER the same hygienist. Always a new one. Red flag if they can't keep staff even over a 6mo window of time. The front desk was always disorganized, and seemed to have no clue where they were or what they should be doing. Like others mentioned my last appointment was canceled by text "because they were going to be closed for the next 4 business days" (6 days if you include the weekend in the middle). I call them and reschedule another appointment 2 weeks out. I specifically ask for something sent to me as a reminder because I hadn't received any for the appointment they canceled. They said they'd "check settings on the computer" and assured I'd get a notification. The week of had not received anything - so I sent them a message by email asking when my appointment is. Crickets. The day before what I think is my appointment but have no clue what time, I email again. No response. After a few more days go by I email them to say I'm finding a new dentist. Been a week since the last email, still no response. Anyone got recommendations for someone OTHER THAN Arbor Dental? UPDATE: I received recommendations from a friend to go over to New Image Cosmetic and Family Dentistry over on 112th Ave near Mill Plain. I love the place so much, I've personally referred 3 other people to them who are now patients also. It's so refreshing to work with professionals, who enjoy what they do and enjoy the team they work with - it is evident! Go to New Image - you will not regret it!

This place is a joke, don't even waste your time. Cancelled my first appointment two days beforehand with no reason given over a text message. Called back three times, no answer. Got another text a week later to reschedule over a month later. And guess what?! Two days before that appointment they cancelled on my again without reason... over a text message. Called back...no answer. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I tried again to give this company a chance. And I won't lie I was disappointed yet again. I was scheduled for an 8 o'clock appointment for some stuff that I paid out of pocket not insurance so over $1300. Have another appointment somewhere completely different and had to make sure I left by 9 o'clock which the work would not have taken an hour. Then we told the doctor is running 30 minutes late get back there sit back there and wait for 10 minutes and then they tell me well the doctor probably won't have time to do your stuff. And then to find out the schedule is eight weeks out so you're telling me the $1300 I already spent for this work and the appointment I had set up for this work I now have to wait 2 months!! This is awful like I am sorry this is a horribly managed company and I don't particularly care for the staff in general they're not friendly I don't care what anybody says they're not welcoming it's very cold in that office. I only gave him one star because it doesn't give me the option to give none. Don't waste your money like I did find a different company I know I will be. Don't believe me read all the negative comments before me everything they're saying is true

The 2 stars are for the staff only. They are helpful. As for Dr. Steven, you are a joke. If a patient has a concern about their teeth, you should not sit there and keep saying "it's your right" to have a double look. Yeah no duh it's my right. You did not explain that I had 'cavities' at my last exam, which I find odd. You just kept saying that statement when I had a concern. I feel you were rude and instantly expected confrontation as someone questioned your work. Also, asking me when my last exam was, really!? I just saw you two months ago, maybe you should double check your patients paperwork. Absolute joke. I will NEVER be back to this place. Dark and gloomy inside that place too. I recommend to find a different dentist. UPDATE 1/5/21 Just left Comfort Dental in Camas. I have NO cavities...wow. sounds like a scam to give me fillings/sealants that are not needed. AVOID ARBOR DENTAL. Go elseware.

my partner is having severe wisdom tooth complications and pain and has weird insurance. and they're the only place near us that would take it. we live over 100 miles away but considering our circumstances we made the drive to our 4 o'clock appt just to be told that they wouldn't see us because we were 3 minutes late, then proceeded to try and set us up with another appointment that was 2 and half months out. the woman at the desk was extremely rude and not understanding at all. we also kept in touch with them for 4 days leading up to the appointment and during the drive there. we spent gas money we couldn't afford to be there just to be turned down over being 3 minutes late. if i could leave a 0 star review, I would.

Front desk is a mess, very rude and unprofessional! They never remind me either by a phone call or text message. Gave me an appointment card with handwriting that nobody can read. I can't constantly take time of my job and be told last minute I can't be treated. Been waiting forever to get my teeth done. Also I am allergic to a certain anesthetic and it can kill me and I let them know and they have it in the chart but last time they were ignorant and not careful and started to give it to me but thank God I felt it and stopped in time! Could have been my last time there. Will not go their anymore.
