Customer service is almost none existing, however everyone at Arbor Dental looked out for me . From how comfortable or uncomfortable I was to making sure everything was resolved and I mean my present health future health of my mouth as well as minimizing my out of pocket cost. The staff at Arbor Dental office are a rare group. They continue to that type of service I'll be a customer for life.

Alejandro, Rachel. Jesus were wonderful. The dentist was thorough and professional. The hygienist, Jesus and the dentist answered my questions.. I highly recommend this dental practice. It was my first visit and they made me feel welcome. Beautiful and warm office environment.

My first visit and couldn't be more pleased. From friendly office staff to X-ray technician, hygienist and finally Dr Ton who were all kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dental office.

#1-I specifically request to NOT see a particular dentist; upon near-completion of my cleaning, I was informed that the dentist I was seeing this day was the VERY ONE I didn't want to see. Due to lack of choice, I had to see him anyway; #2-when questioned about my one tooth issue-his options were limited to a) root canal, b) implant (both very expensive) OR c) minor sealant procedure that, of course, my insurance would not cover-prime example of why I chose to leave my other office, as they too wanted an expensive procedure done versus trying to save my tooth; #3-my reason for seeing the dentist was because of a future drug infusion therapy but the diagnosis give was "...patient having a bone marrow surgery..." way off from what I actually said! Requested it to be corrected, but still have not received the up-dated report to forward to my physician. Again, another example of why I changed from the other dentist office - NO follow-through!

Everything about this dental visit was great. Dentists and Staff great. Hygienist and was great no pain on teeth cleaning. Love to TVs on ceiling above chair. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Dentists.

My hygienist was very efficient and my dentist is great. I especially like the tv on the wall and the ceiling. They also did a great job helping me feel comfortable with the Covid steps in place.

I have been a client of Arbor Dental in Brentwood since early 2018 and I always receive an excellent customer service. The dentists handle my cases professionally and skillfully, the staff are attentive and prompt, special mention to Sunyoung who took care of my recent urgent need. I am a happy customer. I highly recommend this clinic.

The best Dental Clinic I have ever visited. Doctor and all the staff are friendly. When we say Dental, the first thing come in our mind is pain, but here you won't feel any pain. They have extracted 4 wisdom tooth at same time and it was very smooth process without any pain. Thank you and I recommend this Dental office to all.

I really appreciate the quality of both the staff and services! They are very friendly and helpful and always concerned about me and that my questions are answered to my satisfaction. I am a pretty new patient that has done the due diligence. My particualr areas of concern centered on safety, caring and concerned team and quality of outcomes. Both Dr. Ton, front office staff and back office staff are unbelievable! I am very happy with my decision to become a patient with them! These folks are really the very best.

Very nice staff. Went in for a consultation for veneers and they were very thorough when letting me know my options. They also offer a discounted payment plan for those without dental insurance which is very helpful!

Dr. Ton and staff are amazing, they display such care and concern. Arbor Dental is warm and inviting; they take the time to follow-up with their patients, ensuring all is well after procedures are completed. They truly love what they do. The facility itself is nice and clean. The staff is very informative, they listen and are very efficient in their craft. They ensure you fully understand the entire procedure step by step. Each room has two televisions, one on the wall and the ceiling for your entertainment while being serviced. I highly recommend anyone to become a part of the Arbor Dental family.

Staff was very friendly. The Dr there know what he was doing I got 4 wisdom teeth pulled out with no pain. His assistant there was also friendly and she knew and guided me through what was happening as well as the Dr there. Highly recommended
