I contacted Arbor Dental a few years ago about possibly switching over my family, but decided to go a different direction. I have been pounded by the Arbor Dental text messages, on and off, ever since. Multiple times I have replied "U", as directed to unsubscribe. I'm okay with a text or email here and there, but when I say please stop, or U for unsubscribe, respect it. Finally, this morning, was one text over the line . . . so I am writing a review based upon my experience with Arbor Dental of Ann Arbor.

From the acceptance of an emergency appointment, to the friendliness, to the professionalism...Jordan, Dr. Tim, and of course Dr. Jaffar were all amazing. My daughter has been coming here for orthodontist appointments, when we decided to switch over for general dental care as well. The office is always clean and the environment is always inviting. The staff are all kind, so accommodating, and so sweet. I highly recommend Arbor Dental for all your dental needs, their work speaks for itself.

My daughter and I just finished with our new patient appointments and we couldn't be happier. Jordan was apart of the clerical staff and she was very professional and helpful. Leah and Nora were our dental hygienists. Leah was great with my daughter and made her feel very comfortable and at ease. Nora was extraordinary. Nora made me feel very welcomed as a new patient and she explained everything very well. The Doctor was also very professional. With that being said, I would highly recommend this office. 5 stars. :)

I just want to tell everyone about how wonderful this office is! I could shout about it! Jordan, Lea, and Tanya are angels. Kind, gentle, but know their stuff. Dr. Jaffer is hands down the best dentist in Michigan (and possibly anywhere ever) and even stayed to talk with me while we waited for some billing info. He is not only an experienced and skilled dentist but as a human being he is just out of this world. He is one of a kind. I will never go to another dental office. Arbor Dental is my one and only! Thank you SO MUCH for giving this scared, anxiety lady hope that dental cleanings don't have to be traumatic!!! **To top it all off they do not charge outrageous prices and make EXCELLENT dental care affordable!**

Shout out to Paula at Arbor Dental in AnnArbor. She is fantastic at her job. She is professional, warm and care about the client. When I first visited the office, I was nervous and apprehensive about my procedure, but she reassured me that everything would be ok. She walked me through and was very patient. I would recommend this business to all my friends and family.

I have not visited this office as yet, but I have been hearing wonderful praises for Paula in Dr.Jaffer's office,. My friend recently had procedures done in the office and has only spoken great things about Paula . The adjectives used to describe her is caring, patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely visit this office on my next dental visit.

I've been with Dr. Jaffer for over 20 years and would never switch. He and all of his staff are top notch and make you truly feel like part of their family. I've had all kinds of procedures including surgery and completely trust them with all my dental work. Just today I had a cleaning and X-rays with Noor, who is super professional, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. Leah is another hygienist who is just fantastic. I've seen doctors besides Dr. Jaffer there, who are all great. And the front desk staff always make you feel so welcome and have everything take care of for you in no time. This is the kind of practice that not only am I glad to be a patient of but I can tell it must be nice to work for. This is what healthcare truly should look like.

Paula is a incredible! She goes above and beyond and she really makes you feel comfortable in an environment that a lot of people don't like being in. I definitely plan on being a frequent visitor at Arbor Dental!

Arbor Dental has been mine and my husbands choice for all of our dental concerns/maintenance for 10+ yrs. I have been serviced by several extremely qualified dentists, technicians, hygienist etc. over the years at Arbor Dental. Leah is my current hygienist and I can't say enough about the excellent cleanings, treatments etc. she has provided me and my spouse. We just love her. Leah is very thorough and explains what she's doing and what maintenance she recommends you follow. From the time you step in the door, you immediately experience a very professional atmosphere. This is really a great dental office.

I've been coming to arbor dental for the last few years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Noor, my dental hygienist is always super nice, and gentle when cleaning my teeth. I asked if my teeth were big chilling, and she said that they were indeed big chilling. I'd recommend arbor dental for anyone looking for regular cleaning as well as major work!

Terrific place and wonderful people. All sorts of high-tech equipment. The staff feels like family now that I've been seeing them for so many years (about eleven years; I've been going since 2011). I got Invisalign in January and recently had them removed. It was a wonderful experience and now my bite is the best it's ever been! Very excited about the results. Five stars for Dr. Jaffer and staff!

I don't generally write reviews but it is worth noting that I've been coming to Arbor Dental for nearly twenty years now. In addition to having provided consistently excellent care for myself, they've also done great work for my family including kids from first appointments through braces and wisdom tooth removal. I'll happily recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Jaffer has been my dentist since 2012. He and his team have made my dental care easy and worry-free. I especially like the automated text messages to remind me of upcoming appointments. This was especially valuable during my Invisalign treatment. Dr. Jaffer is a terrific practitioner for anyone considering Invisalign. I am extremely happy with my results. 2022 UPDATE: Since I had my teeth straightened with Invisalign, I've had fewer cavities and better oral health overall. I definitely recommend Arbor Dental for this investment.

Had a wisdom tooth removal and iv sedation. Went perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone who feel scared to get your wisdom teeth out they are definitely professionals.
