My comments here do not apply to Dr. Arakelian, but her office staff. Reading through other not so complimentary reviews here or elsewhere, it does appear that the office is the main source of the complaints. They are arrogant, make promises that they do not keep, and the billing person Mariet is either incapable of understanding the terms of the insurances they accept, or simply dishonest, and will go to any length to overcharge the patients. The last procedure they did for me they charged me $510 when my out of pocket should have been $385. A month of requests to explain or correct fell on deaf ears, forcing me to lodge a complaint with the insurance company concerned. My wife and I will be moving to another dental facility.

Dr. Arakelian and staff are amazing! My family and I have been coming here for years! The most professional, kind, and welcoming staff. She is attentive, caring, and experienced. Highly recommend!

Melineh Arakelian has been my dentist for over fifteen years and I cannot say enough good things about both her and her staff. She's seen my entire family through a variety of challenges during that time. Kind, caring and professional and an expert dentist. Highly recommended.

Extremely clean and sanitized office. The level of care and understanding is beyond belief. The staff and doctor Melineh Arakelian are a true gem to have for all your dental cares. Highly recommended for all dental needs.

Avoid her n her office if you have medical or Medicare. Terrible terrible service. After 4 weeks I called her several times, left messages but unfortunately never heard from her. Doesn't deserve even one star.

If you value your time then DO NOT go there, it's a waste of time, the staff is unprofessional, the girl(forgot her name) doesn't know what she's doing & the front receptionist has the worst attitude, I left the office very unsatisfied, thank God I didn't even get to the part where they actually treat the teeth, but I can already imagine what would've happened. So if you ever thought about going to this office - Think Again!
