Dr. Sal Aragona graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Soon after receiving his DDS in dentistry, he began treating children with sleep apnea at Aragona SleepSolutions in 1985 and adults since 2007. He has continued to use oral appliances ever since and has progressed with their growth through new technology so he can provide leading care to his patients.
Dr. Aragona is an accredited Diplomate of the American Board of Sleep and Breathing. This is the highest designation the governing board bestows on a sleep dentist. In order to be recognized as a Diplomate, Dr. Aragona had to complete numerous hours of continuing education units, pass a rigorous examination, and provide several case studies of sleep apnea patients that hes successfully treated.
Dr. Sal Aragona, DDS MAGD D-ASBA IAOS, is a member of several professional associations. Through his interaction with his peers and his deep commitment to continuing education, Dr. Aragona has developed exceptional knowledge and advanced techniques to care for our sleep apnea patients. Dr. Aragona has lectured and mentored hundreds of physicians and dentists nationally.
In his free time, Dr. Aragona oftentimes visits Andhra Pradesh, India to serve the underprivileged. He has been committed to helping others through the India Mission trips since 2003 and has had 19 trips so far!
To better serve our patients, Dr. Aragona founded his own treatment company, Aragona Oral Appliances LLC, which is certified as a Durable Medical Equipment facility by the Healthcare Quality Association on Accreditation.
Folga has been working with Dr. Aragona for 14 years as a registered dental assistant (RDA). She educates our patients about their OSA, treatment options, and ensures all our patients get the necessary care they need. She is the go-to for anything sleep-related in our office and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Folga graduated from Wayne State University where she received her bachelors degree in science and psychology.
Folga has an amazing passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives. In her time away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Zachery; They enjoy ballroom dancing and exercising.
We pride ourselves on not being like every other sleep dentist in Michigan. Our Southeast Michigan patients experience life change with refreshing sleep, soaring daytime energy, weight loss, and family and spousal happiness. We love to help people live better and longer lives.
Our dedication to the community goes beyond just caring for our sleep apnea patients. Were a part of a vital network of professional providers who look after the health and wellbeing of our friends and neighbors in all across Southeast Michigan and surrounding communities. Aragona Sleepis locally owned and were always excited to treat patients seeking sleep apnea care in collaboration with the medical community.

Aragona Sleep is by far the most exceptional office in helping patients treat their sleep apnea with the newest and greatest sleep mouthpieces instead of the CPAP machine. Dr.Aragona is the most compassionate, caring dentist, he will take your care to the next level. His number one priority is to save patients lives by helping them treat their sleep apnea. The staff is amazing as well they will take really great care of you. If you are not compliant with your CPAP machine, snore or you might think you have sleep apnea call the office, you will not be disappointed!!

Over 35 years of treating sleep breathing disorders in children and adults with highly engineered oral devices by boarded master level sleep apnea dentist. In network with most medical insurances including Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield coverages. He himself has severe sleep apnea and will know personally what you may be experiencing with any sleep disorder.

Was deceived into making an appointment with facility in December 2019 after being told that they were in network with my insurance company. I was adamant with staff this was accurate because my out of pocket was met on my insurance and obviously couldn't wait until next month before it resets. I was assured they were an in network provider and come to find out last week of December I was being told that they are only an out of network provider. I literally tried to clarify this over 10 times before making an appointment. They even had the nerve to offer me a payment plan since my insurance can't pay for it! Do you really think I'm going to be getting service from you after that?!?!? So now I have to pay over $2,000 for device when insurance would have paid for it. Greedy Slime!!! EDIT: This place had the the nerve to call me after reveiw to see if I was still interested in oral appliance!!! Unbelievable!!! Stay Away from this place and find a doctor that cares about your well-being instead of your money.
