The Aqua Dental Team is the best! The office is a beautiful "under the sea theme", Very kid friendly and fun. We've been taking our kiddos for 11 years. 11 years of great service and happy kids. Never a complaint about going to the Dentist. A year of braces has been a great experience as well. HIGHLY recommend!

My 8yr old wanted to stay and play and keeps asking to go back....I say that is a WIN! They made him comfortable to be there and that is not an easy thing to do with kids or adults at a dental office, highly recommend!

My kids have been coming to Aqua Dental for years because it's one of the few pediatric dental clinics that accepts Soonercare. The thing I love most about Aqua Dental is their flexible scheduling - there's never a wait. Even when we arrive early to appointments, they put my kid in the chair within 2 minutes. Of course the dental care has all been top notch, too!

Front desk receptionist is BEYOND rude and is probably the main reason you guys lose patients, you should definitely look into a new front desk lady. We will be taking our business elsewhere

I called to schedule a new patient appointment, but, unfortunately, the receptionist was rude, condescending, and seemed unwilling to help. I told the receptionist that our conversation wasn't going very well and I no longer wanted to schedule. The receptionist did not apologize or even try to explain that there may be a misunderstanding, instead she hung up on me. I've heard great things about Dr. Owens, but sadly my first interaction with this office was not a positive one.

I was not pleased with my visit here. After scheduling twice asking for seperate times for my apts, they changed my times after scheduling to make them all the same time. This happened twice to me after the second time I made one apt for another day and kept two on the same time. I didn't want to wait any longer. The nurse for my daughter was kind but the nurse for my son did not have a good bedside manner. The Dentist did not answer my questions I asked him two questions and he did not even aknowledge I had spoken while he continued to speak to the nurse. Then he got up and walked away without explaining anything. The nurse explained things but not in depth just this is what we are doing and you need to make another apt. I was not pleased and will not be back. We found a different dentist and transferred. This is not good care and it's not informed consent. A pediatric dentist should care enough to speak to a parent. Edited to add that they just called today for the third time to confirm future appointment s after I had cancelled before this review. Frustrating that they can't just do what I have asked.

This was the second time I took my son in here. The first time was great. This time the lady who saw my son was very unprofessional and very rude. I brought my son in because he chipped his tooth at school last week and has been complaining about it hurting. She told me she doubts that its causing him pain because its a minor chip and she went on to say that he probably wouldn't be able to get a cleaning insinuating because he is somewhat hyperactive but he is also only 3!!! She was just very rude to my son and me. Needless to say I will not be taking my son back here I have already scheduled an appointment with a different dentist. My suggestion hire dental assistants who are good with kids since this is a pediatric dentist office

Everyone was very sweet and likable. We didn't have to wait long at all to go in. They kept everything very clean and took numerous precautions against the pandemic. They were quick overall, and I believe they did very well.

We love Dr. James Owens and Dr. Samuel Owens! Our boys have seen both of them and they are great! We followed them from their old location to the new office. From the staff to the facility, it's the best! Highly recommend.

They were super welcoming and nice. Very patient. Dr. Owens was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. The other dentist at a different place said my child had 2 cavities. Dr. Owens said she did not have any. I am glad I got a second opinion before sedating my child. The other place wanted to cap her teeth. I schedule my child's next cleaning with Aqua Dental. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and comfortable.

My boys are new to Aqua Dental and I could not be happier with our experiences here. All 3 dentists are amazing. Very nice and personable. We have had all 3 because I just go with first available instead of sticking to just one. Dr. Fisher had to do a very difficult procedure on my 4 year old and he made it go smoothly and called to check on him afterwards. The dental assistant we usually have is Michael and he is just the nicest guy ever. He was so good with my 4 year old who can be difficult. He did everything he could to make him happy and comfortable and was so kind to him the entire time during his more difficult procedure. Coached him through it and went above and beyond to make him comfortable and happy. That meant so much to me and my child. I hope he goes far in his career. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone. Very clean and organized. You will not regret choosing them.

This was the WORST Pediatric dental experience!!!! This is an unprofessional hateful incompetent dental office. This is a HORRIBLE place for dental service and I'm being generous. SAVE your time and money and find someplace else that cares for your CHILD and you! Please tell everyone you know. The blonde female that works in the office at checkout (scheduleing) was rude and had a frankly I don't care attitude. When asking her a question she snears at you and waits a long- time before pretending you're not standing there with your child before she responds with a "well thats just how we do things here" then says someone will call us in the future that will answer all of our questions About my 8 year old dental surgery. Then No one calls us for 4 weeks to say anything about cost, procedures, expectations, Nothing! I even called them days prior and NO return call until the evening before the scheduled surgery at 4:58 pm before their office close with a message to hurry up and call them back from the Financial Coordinator/scheduling female that obviously doesn't care anything about the patients (your Child or you) and has an attitude when leaving you a message. RUN from this company these people will only add unnecessary stress to you and your family! You'll be glad you did! The office manager calls the morning of the surgery and lies and states she noted in the computer she told us about the cost the day we visited the office...which was a LIE. She then stated "oh I must have made a mistake" and of course she did and then she didn't apologize for anything just an "oh well my mistake" still she didn't provide any surgery prep information for my child or anything. She didn't try and resolve or rectify anything. She just wants to know "should I cancel the anesthesiologist"..? She's asking me what she should do as the "office manager" she's unprofessional, unqualified and obviously a family hire. Please save yourselves and look for a courtesy, friendly, professional place to care for you and your family.

Our 3 kids have been going to Dr. Owens since they've had teeth! They're all 12 now. We appreciate the entire Aqua Dental team! Highly recommended.
