The customer service was fantastic. Everyone was kind and friendly. I did not feel rushed. The Dr. explained each process for getting a crown. I was explained on the cost before any work was done. I highly recommended Dr. Ahmed Elharmady.

So if on state insurance for kids go elsewhere. They only clean the teeth then send you on. I am not a Karen just upset that I still do not have my sons teeth handled after 3 months. They reffered me to Vancouver dental on 78th. Then go to Vancouver dental review for next snafu....

Always seemed a little expensive as I had to pay on top of my insurance which should have covered it all. But the work seemed good. However had two bad experiences. It took two and a half months to get my partial after my impression was taken, not sure what that was about. But it was very well made. The last time I went there I I got about a 20 minute cleaning and my insurance company was billed $1,800, wiping out my $1,000 allowance for non covered items. I'm not sure what that was about either but it was enough to make me turn away. The only way I found out about it was talking to my insurance company otherwise I would have never known since they don't mail you an itemized bill. Now the hygienist and other people there are great. Dentist seems a little shady. But the work seems to be good. Just watch your bill.
