Dr. Todd Kuhn graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School Of Dental Medicine in 2005 and has been with our practice since 2006. Dr. Kuhn is an active member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, and the Richmond Dental Society. He has volunteered with Give Kids a Smile Day, Donated Dental Services, and the Powhatan Free Clinic. Dr. Kuhn is committed to providing excellent dental care in a comfortable environment. He has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education to stay up to date on new technologies and procedures with a focus on dental implants, orthodontics, and cosmetic procedures. He has a special interest in Invisalign.
Dr. Kuhns wife, Amanda, is a pediatric dentist in the Richmond area and they have two daughters and a son. When not treating patients, he enjoys spending time with his family, running and playing tennis.
Dr. Donald Murry III is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, OH. He is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, and the Richmond Dental Society. He brings to the practice knowledge of, and experience in, the cutting edge technologies and techniques available in dentistry today. Dr. Murry has also undergone extensive training in the field of dental implants, both surgical and restorative. He enjoys working with children and has spent time volunteering on international medical/dental mission trip, with the Give Kids a Smile program, the Free Clinics of Greater Cleveland, and the Powhatan Free Clinic.
In his free time, Dr. Murry stays active at Crossfit. He also enjoys running, mountain biking, playing golf, rooting on his beloved Virginia Cavaliers, and enjoying all that Richmond has to offer with his wife, Jamie, and kids, Micah and Aiden!
Dr. Ken Murry received his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Case Western Reserve University following his undergraduate education at Virginia Tech. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Richmond Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Murry enjoys staying up to date on current techniques and procedures including implants and Invisalign.
Logan is a graduate of Virginia Western Community College and has over 6 years of experience in the dental field. She loves building relationships with her patients and strives to give everyone a pleasant experience each time they visit our practice.
Mandee is our licensed DAII with 10 years of experience in the dental field, specializing in pediatrics. She has a love of dentistry and is excited to grow with the Appomattox Family Dentistry team. Come see her today for your same day crown!

Wonderful experience!! I told the hygienist Logan that I had never had my teeth cleaned and examined so professionally and gentle!! Absolutely no gum pain and so gentle and smooth in my mouth. I also want to reiterate that we really appreciate you taking over this practice!! We need you here in appomattox. Many thanks bill burke.

I'm writing this review due to the lack of integrity and manipulation I experienced here today. And yes I am clearly upset about what happened and they are not, so my husband and I will be looking for another dentistry. Long Story short: The practice was closed for over a year. Now they are playing catch up. Scheduled my appointment 8 months in advance. They called me 4 days ago to reschedule me for today, Thursday at 4 pm because on the day of my original appointment, they are now going to close for renovations. When I arrive at my appointment today which took me 30-40 minutes to drive to, the lady that called me forgot to hit the schedule button on the computer because they didn't have me in the system for today or my original appointment. They said they were sorry and that it was a mistake, when I realized they weren't offering a solution or trying to fix the issue they tried to tell me I didn't understand it was a mistake. They woman with the brown bob and glasses who does checkout and codes insurance called me a liar and that they didn't offer me an appointment for today. She made a comment that my husband was a very nice man since I ended up not being nice about the situation after she accused me of lying. Also the new dentist watched the later part of the conversation and asked what I would like to be done. I told him that I would like for them to offer a solution to their mistake and to check the body language and professionalism of the woman who handles check out and codes insurance. Another issue I observed was the new dentist who I've never seen before walked into the room during my uncomfortable conversation with the checkout lady and did not make him self known or step up into the conversation to offer a solution until I stopped and asked him if he happened to be a dentist then he spoke, which is very weird. If you are the dentist and you are remotely aware of a situation such as this and have the time to sit by you better be getting up and trying to fix the situation. And if you make a mistake try to fix it instead of the mistake remaining a loss. Finally never accuse a patient of lying when they clearly are not and don't make vindictive comments about their spouse.

Very flimsy. I wash rushed out with 2 very bad teeth. I was told I would get antibiotics but never got them. I won't return.
