In addition to her work in her dental office, Dr. Appolon is also an active member of New Yorks dental community, and is a part of multiple dental organizations, including the AAWD (American Association of Women Dentists), and serving as president elect and board member of the GNYACD (Greater New York Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry). She has been a long-time member of the New York State Academy of General Dentistry (NYSAGD), and in 2019 the NYSAGD installed her as president.

Dr. Appolon is also dedicated to constantly improving her dental practice. In part, she does this with the latest dental technology like dental lasers and NuCalm, an advanced neuroscience approach to relaxation. However, she also focuses on becoming the best cosmetic dentist with continuing education, including studying at LVI, the worlds premier institute for cosmetic dentistry and neuromuscular dentistry. Dr. Appolon is an Invisalign Preferred Provider because of her extensive training and experience with the procedure.
