Dr. Greg Applegate Dr. Greg Applegate is a native of Yorktown and graduated from Yorktown High School. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from Ball State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry.

Tashais our Office Manager here at Applegate Family Dentistry. She is a graduate of Monroe Central High School. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, her 18 year old son, and her 14 year old daughter
DeJuaniais an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and has worked for Dr. Applegate for 3 years. DeJuania is a graduate of Muncie Central High School, and continued her education at ISU and IUPUI Dentistry. In her free time, DeJuania enjoys spending time with her children.
Jadelynis an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant andis new to Dr. Applegates team. Jadelyn is a graduate ofDeltaHigh School, and continued her education atIvy Tech Community College. In her free time,Jadelynenjoys spending time with her family and playing softball with her husband!

I have been seeing Dr. Applegate for a year now. Throughout my journey to fix my teeth, he and his staff have been wonderful. I am very particular, perhaps scrutinizing, of whom I choose as a doctor. Well, I am very pleased with Applegate Family Dentistry. The entire staff are always kind & friendly. Dr. Applegate explains procedures thoroughly. They ensure that I am comfortable & not in pain. Lastly, Dr. Applegate presents all options for procedures, which allows me to choose based on what I can afford. I HIGHLY recommend Applegate Family Dentistry.

From the moment I walked in the office I was treated with kindness and compassion. I had not visited a dentist in years, so I was prepared for judgment (based on previous experiences). No one in this office made me feel embarrassed or judged. Every single step was explained to me before anything was done. I loved that they had TV to allow me to focus on something less stessful and that they showed me pictures so that I could see exactly what they were seeing and understand what work they would be doing. Doctor & staff are definitely 5!

At Applgate Dentistry I am always greeted with beautiful smiles from the entire staff. They are all very friendly and very professional and concerned about my comfort. If you're not going to Applegate you should check them out.

The staff and Dr Applegate took care of me with professionalism you expect. I was 3 weeks out from neck surgery and they made sure I was comfortable and did everything they could to make sure I stayed comfortable.
