A Buffalo native, Carol has been a part of the dental world for a decade now. Before that, she actually traveled around the world for 20 years while her husband was in the Air Force! Today, what she likes most about her position is interacting with patients. She always goes the extra mile to make sure they feel welcome and know that the entire team really cares about their health and comfort.
Carol is the proud momma of three beautiful boys and the adoring grandma of five beautiful grandchildren. In her spare time away from work, she likes camping, kayaking, hiking, growing various flowers and veggies, and going on fun road trips.
Kathy hails from Rochester and has been working in dentistry for over three decades so far. Her favorite part of this job by far is getting to build so many amazing relationships with patients, as well as helping them work towards their desired treatments and take full advantage of their well-deserved insurance benefits!
Away from the dental office, Kathy is married to her wonderful high school sweetheart and has been blessed with three kids. In her spare time, she enjoys being a crazy scrapbooking mom, regularly antiquing for Ironstone, and gardening. She also likes to think of herself as a chocolate connoisseur.
Eydies dental career spans well over 30 years so far. A Buffalo native, she studied dental hygiene at Erie Community College. Today, her passion for serving others in need has only grown over time. She happily chooses to live life looking through rose-colored glasses!
Away from work, Eydie enjoys spending time with her amazing son and countless extended family members. Her favorite hobbies include reading, cooking, traveling, gardening, and staying active in her church through Bible studies and other activities.
Martha has been working in the dental field for over 35 years, with a lot of that time spent as part of Amherst Dental Group. This career has connected her with countless amazing coworkers, mentors, and patients who have become true friends while helping her find her ideal path. By continuing her learning and growth, shes proud to now be a registered dental hygienist.
Julie is from Elma and has been working in dentistry for nearly 25 years. As one of our dedicated hygienists, she really loves spending so much time around her wonderful patients and fellow team members!
At home, Julie and her husband have a daughter and a son. When she isnt busy working, you can often find her hiking with her Labs. Heres an interesting fact about her: shes double-jointed, which makes her VERY good at gymnastics.

Dr and assistants were very pleasant. Explained the procedure, checked my insurance for coverage and came up with a payment plan that my budget could afford. Made another appointment which fit my schedule. Nevertheless one week from today the procedure is scheduled.

I gave you only 3 stars because when I sat in the chair the woman said to me "so you're here because you broke a tooth?" I said "no". Then she said "oh you're here for a filling?" Again I said "no". Clearly she had no idea who I was or what was going on. This is not professional and was starting to worry me. Maybe I should have just ran with her and said yes to I broke a tooth and let her find it! I just dread going here. I had a problem with one of the other dentists there also in the past.

Today was my first time/new patient. Everyone was very nice. Office is under construction but they are making it work for the time being. My dental hygienist was extremely nice and very thorough. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone was so sweet and knowledgeable. I embarrassing haven't been to a dentist in a long time due to my anxiety. I was very nervous when I got there BUT all of that melted away as soon as I talked with everyone there (especially Eyde-i am misspelling problemly and DDS Samantha Pajak). All of that anxiety was gone. I have never felt in such great hands then here! You want an amazing dentist and experience you need to come here!

Very punctual to my appointment time and cleaning performed was very thorough. It was followed up with the exam and great attention to detail by Dr Shainbrown. The entire Staff at Applegate Dental always puts their patients first and their work is of exceptional quality.

I had an urgent dental situation that needed immediate attention. I called to see if they could handle a non-appointed visit and they got me right in. From the moment I walked in the door, I received friendly professional service. The doctor performed a very difficult repair on me with quick top-rate work. And all at a VERY fair price. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental work.

All of the staff members from the front desk through checkout are very kind, courteous, and take the time each patient deserves. The hygienist thoroughly explains what is happening before each change of treatment and the dentist examines each patient assuring you leave with a nice clean healthy smile.
