I had an appointment yesterday as a new patient and I waited 40 minutes to be seen. It was the quickest cleaning (not in a good way) I've ever had. I thought the 40 minute wait was an off day for them. They offered an appointment for the following day for a filling. Day two - many people in the waiting area when I arrived and some were already complaining about the wait. I assumed there were multiple dentists. There's only one. The people in the waiting room said they were not there as a result of an emergency. Everyone had an appointment. They were all complaining about the wait. After a half hour, they took me back and set me up in a room. Another half hour went by with no communication from the dentist. An hour later the dentist came back to tell me to come back another day because she was too busy. She did not apologize for the delay. Their office texted me two hours prior to my appointment today confirming I was coming. They never mentioned they over booked appointments and would be running more than an hour late. There is a long hall with six or seven open rooms. As you're walking to your room you pass other people having work done or waiting to be seen. So unprofessional. As you're laying in the chair many people are walking by you. In one room there was an entire family. An odd set up, especially so in Covid times. There are no doors - a room with several sections but it's all open. Clinic like. While I was getting my teeth cleaned yesterday - other patients walking by. Today, children coming back and forth like it's Grand Central Station. You're so close to the next area where another patient is being worked on...bad set up in Covid times. I took my X-rays and left. I had the feeling that they overbooked and then were checking with insurance companies to see who had what covered. Maybe my filling wasn't going to pay them as much as what someone else was having done. Or, dumb enough to actually come back another day. Disappointing and unprofessional. Update: The dentist told me I had two cavities that day. I took my X-rays from them and I sent them to my old dentist. I attempted to make an appointment to take a long drive to have these two cavities filled. My old dentist called me after reviewing my X-rays and said, "You definitely don't have any cavities." Imagine, that dentist was going to drill my teeth and there aren't any cavities? That's horrible. Especially, if she's doing that to children.

Just read Veej's review and experienced the same thing with the female doctor. She was rushing the whole cleaning process, it was very very messy for both my wife and I, we got water splashed all over our faces without her seeming to notice or care, and she seemed angry the whole time. She didn't even say bye or have a nice day as she stepped out of the small room. I was left guessing whether she would come back or if we were truly done. I have never had such a rushed cleaning in my life. Needless to say, I will never come back here again.

After first visit, I thought the staff was friendly, but in the 2 years since our 2 visits, we have had nothing but problems. One daughter has to have a filling provided by a dentist here removed because it was not done properly and decay is under the filling. Also, they claim that sealants on molars are only supposed to last until the next 6 month visit, when they should last for years.

I've been here yesterday and was not happy, as they referred me to other gum specialist because they do not specialize in gums, so I feel this is not a one stop for your dental needs, you might have to go other specialists .

Worst experience ever, do not go to this place. They only have one dentist jumping from patient to patient, I just spent over 3,000 on two crowns and they wanna make me file a form releasing them on any liability. The staff is very nasty and the manager is never there.I went for a fill in and they fused two of my teeth together, had to come back to fix it and they expected me to pay for their mistake.

Not sure why, because my experience last time was great, but this time around it felt rushed. I came in 15 minutes early too, so it wasn't like I was late. I felt like the doctor look flustered and was in a real rush to fill my cavities. The last doctor at the same practice took his time and made sure I was really comfortable. The injection didn't even hurt when he did it, but this time around with another doctor it was painful!! Because I have crooked teeth, I have had fillings many times and this is the first time that even after 7 hours, I have pain/sensitivity in my teeth and jaw. It's difficult to eat anything. The drilling legitimately hurt even after she injected me another time. I really hope this isn't a permanent problem.

SCAM!!! Told me I have cavities, went to an actual dentist a few months later and my cavities magically disappeared. They were willing to drill my teeth for a quick buck. I got a clean and x-ray off of groupon and it's just to get you in the door to try and upsell stuff you do not need and willing to hurt you in the process.
