An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I would like to start off by giving Daijah lots of praise for her outstanding patient care. She made me feel super comfortable throughout the visit. I called in the day before my appointment due to severe tooth pain. The receptionist was able to get me an emergency appointment next day as a new patient. I am always super hesitant to go in to see the dentist due to my fear of dental work. LOL. But I'm glad I did. Dr.Lopez was very clear on what needed to be done and was great at explaining everything he did along the way. I am also 4 months pregnant and he made sure to using numbing medication suitable for my pregnancy and made me aware. They handled me with great care and provided great service. I would recommend you go in and see them, you won't leave unsatisfied. :)

Our family has been going here for a few years and we absolutely love the staff and care we've received. Luckily for us they accept a variety of insurances, and they have a plethora of services available at a singular location, and friendly, supportive care from front house to back. You really couldn't ask for a better team to keep you and your smile healthy.

I went in for my teeth cleaning and my Hygienist, Melody, was very thorough and did a great job. My teeth feel so clean! The office staff were all very helpful and kind.

Just like many of the other reviews on here, I am also very disappointed and unsatisfied with "Apple Valley Smiles", it is true about how they operate there business. The few times I have been there, and this is just me, it always seems like I'm taking my vehicle in for an oil change and you know how the mechanic comes back with much more problems than just the oil, ya it's comparable! I do not and would not recommend Apple Valley Smiles to anyone
