Our first visit this morning couldn't have been better if we wrote the day ourselves. Friendly staff from the front desk to the doc, and my kiddo left with a happy smile & feeling super encouraged by her brushing efforts. Thank you for making the dentist a positive experience for my little- we are looking forward to the rest of the families visits!

I'd like to share my recent experience with this office. When I first started going here everyone was great until recently. I have been getting routine cleanings and also have been debating getting an implant. Because this is such a major procedure scheduling and keeping the appointment has not been ideal. The office I must admit has been accommodating thus far until recently when I was about to go in for the final appointment. We had discussed cost and coverage and made sure all parties were aligned. I went over the final numbers with my wife and she asked if I had gotten a second opinion/quote just to make sure there would be no cost savings else where since I would be funding this whole procedure out of pocket. I let the office know and they seem to understand and let me know there would be a cancellation fee since I was so close to the appointment which I let them know that I understood. Kelly the representative said she would talk to the doctor and let me know what that fee would be and would get back to me later. A few hours later I spoke with Kelly and could not believe what they were charging me a total cancellation fee of $260.00 dollars. When I asked what was included in this fee she began to tell me well you are paying for the implant we ordered for you as well as the time and service we spent on you. My response was ok well if I'm paying for the implant which I've paid right when I hung up the phone on them because it seems all they care about is money. I stated since I'm paying for the implant already I would like to keep it. Kelly then proceeded to tell me sorry but that's not possible because we are returning the implant to get a credit our money back. In my mind I was blown away, I thought to myself ok so I'm paying for an implant but I can't have it because you are returning it to get your money back. Seems unprofessional and bad practice to me and the intent seemed like they are more concerned with money then the actually well being of their patients. I thought I had finally found an office I could stay with so to any new patients be weary and don't be fooled. Cause wow could I have felt more worthless and belittled.

The dental assistant we had was amazing but the dentist was not. She was yelling at my kid and told him he can't cry cause he is scaring other patients away. She was super unprofessional I will never come back here and will never refer anyone to this place.

If you haven't gone to the dentist for a while, this is definitely the place to go! I was so scared walking in for various reasons, one of the reasons being that I was terrified I would be judged by the staff I hadn't been to a dentist in years. However, EVERYONE here is incredibly kind! I was given encouragement from all staff, was being explained what was going on throughout the entire process, and was pleased by how quickly the treatment went!!! I don't usually leave reviews, but this place far exceeded my expectations! Thank you for the wonderful experience! :)

I have been beyond pleased with the excellent care I have received at Apple Valley Family Dentistry! Dr. Proeschel and team are kind and gentle and have taken years of dental fears away. I recommend this group whole heartedly.

I just had a crown replaced by Dr. Proeschel. The entire process was very smooth. The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They clearly care about and value their clients, which is a rare find these days. I would highly recommend Apple Valley Family Dentistry. Our entire family has been going there for years. We love the work they do and the personal attention and care they give us every visit.

The staff at Apple Valley Family Dentistry are welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My dad has been seeing Dr. Proschel for over 30 years, and I am so glad I switched to Apple Valley Family dentistry because the doctors are very thorough and passionate about their work!

I have been going there for so many years I love this place Front desk are so friendly always with a great attitude and friendly.the staff that works with the dentist is so friendly and great what they do.there kind and compassionate and when they are working they make sure you are comfortable and in no pain on what they are doing.When the Dr. proeschel is working on you he makes sure you are in no pain.what's funny I have Medicare but this place doesn't care Medicare insurance,I still go there cause I trust them and they really care about there patients.

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. They take time to explain things and listen, and don't seem rushed. Kristy, the hygeinist, is great!

This place was awesome! I scheduled my appointment online and was greeted with a warm welcome when I walked in. I was seated for about 3-5mins before someone called out for me and took me to one of the rooms. All of my questions were answered and I got specific answers about what my insurance does/does not cover. I bought a new Oral B electric tooth rush(so worth it). Overall great experience will be coming back in 6months!

I love this office. The people are like part of my family. They do amazing work. Very knowledgeable and supportive. They are great with kids. I would recommend them to everyone. I will never go anywhere else.

Everyone there is super helpful and welcoming! 10/10 Id recommend! I actually learned the most i ever have from a dental hygienist, i cant remember her name, but she was wonderful! Also, I was impressed with their covid precautions!
