I went there for the first time they didn't want to do my cleaning, but did scheduled me for fillings which was strange bc everywhere I go first they do a cleaning, but then I was told they will do my cleaning on the same day of the fillings. Next appointment they do my fillings and told me I was done. I asked about my cleaning they told me not today. Front desk told me they will see me in 6 months for my next cleaning. I informed them I didn't get a cleaning. They scheduled one for a week later to then cancel a day before... not planing to go back there!

I'd give 0 stars if it was an option! They messed up teeth, gave me worse dental anxiety. Haven't been to the dentist in years because of them. They are rude and unprofessional as well. Left me in a chair with spacers in my teeth, painful as heck, for an hour. Almost walked out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS WOULDNT GO IF YOU PAID ME TO!

Everyone has been great to be honest, from reception to the assistants to the dentist. I would recommend them to anyone worried about taking your kiddo to the dentist. Plus my kids actually enjoy going.

The dental program itself is great, the assistants are very nice, the doctors are very nice and informative. The initial check in and wait time; however, needs to be improved. My son's appointment was at 10, and he didn't get called back until after my daughter's 10:30 appointment. Parents that are using lunch breaks and PTO are losing work time just waiting.

Don't come here and don't bring your children here! They just put my daughter under general anesthesia in a panic terrified!!!! She fell asleep with her mouth opened in complete TERROR! She was put under a couple years ago with no issue. Now that's she's 7 she's more aware and she was nervous and scared so she was crying and freaking out. I was told several times they could stop but DIDN'T! I was scared for my child and CONCERNED be the 2 ladies along with the anesthesiologist seemed so unmoved and aggressive. I was even more scared be although they said they'd stop they DIDN'T!!! I was in tears seeing how my child fell asleep in pure terror! A child that LOVED coming to the dentist, wanted to be a dental Dr one day. I have family that's worked here, I worked for a private dental dr In Pasco, wa, this was NOT right! I was yelled by staff because I raised my voice scared and BEGGING for them to stop as my child's ADVOCATE! I ended up being the bad guy! I talked to supervisor in tears, explained the situation as she and another lady approached me in the hallway as I cried out to stop. I thought she'd have our best interest at heart as my daughter was their patient, I was literally in their chair with my 3 kids a few days ago, but after speaking with her staff after our conversation, she came back on their side. I recorded that conversation because I knew that without proof they will lie about the FACTS! They refuse to apologize and now front desk staff is rude to me, ONCE AGAIN! Don't bring yourself or your children here. Go to Lincoln Medical & Dental.

Mix up with paperwork made me miss my babys first appointment while I was in the lobby and dad was in the exam room. Super bummed they didn't wait.

Nice. Quick in and out on dental side. Took me a while to get in to see about braces but after two months I finally have the appointment for getting braces. Can't wait!

Very disappointed in our visit today. Had to wait 50 mins until we were actually seen for my daughters scheduled procedure. Then was told that there was not the extra time to take the steps to make sure my daughter was not in pain for the procedure. Very disappointed on how they treated my daughter that has sensory issues that should have been flagged in her file. As well as having an assistant who got lectured by the dr in front of us for deciding to not give our 7 year old gas to deal with the pain when she always has.

The care my son receives is decent, which is why they are getting 3 stars. Their customer service however is lacking. We waited over half hour after our appointment time with no word that they were running late or an apology. When asked about the delay all the front desk girls did was offer to reschedule us for another day.

I went for a consultation and the next morning had my teeth pulled within less than 2 minutes no pain and so fast great experience thank you all!!

My daughter had her teeth cleaned and will go back for some dental work. What I love best about this dental place is they are not out to get money. They make a fair assessment and only do what needs to be done. I highly recommend this to anyone needing dental services. As much as I hate going to the dentist, I will be willing to go here too. That says a lot about this place!!

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. First time apt was a cleaning, and they ran out of time, so I had to come back to finish my apt a different day. 6 month follow up we got a call the day before to reschedule another month out. Day before the reschedule they call to tell me I have to reschedule again. I had to put in for the day off at work, again. The receptionist promised that it wouldn't happen a 3rd time. And they called me again to reschedule a 3rd time another month out. So my 6 month apt is now 8 pluss months. No thank you. I'll just go to a dentist that holds apt.

We went to an event for a local charity. At the event we bid on and won $5000 towards braces from Apple Valley Dental & Ortho. After 2 years and 5 appointments of, your sons mouth hygiene isn't good enough (after we bought him an electric tooth brush and water pick and a dentist visit 2 weeks prior to our final visit at AVD) I finally asked to talk directly to the doctor (to this point we had never actually seen a DR) so I could ask what exactly we were missing. I was refused. The DR would not come talk to me. I then asked for a supervisor. She was rude and unprofessional, granted I was very irritated that the DR wouldn't come talk to me. I was told a completely different reason by the supervisor as to why my son still couldn't get braces on. Apparently there was food in his teeth. Before it was his gums were inflamed. I was just notified today that DR. Z decided he didn't want to treat my son. So those braces we thought we bought at a charity are null and void. Don't go near this office or any other AVD establishments.

Emailed asking about braces, and apple health - received no response after several weeks Emailed a followup - "Hello, how can we help you?" Just poor communication from the start, pretty disappointed. I shouldn't have to pull teeth (pun unintended) to get information about services.

Love this place! Wanted to set up an appointment for my toddler, got an appointment for the following day, walking and I was very impressed with all there decor. Specially the play room for the kids. The dentist was great with my daughter as well! Overall I really liked taking my toddler, and I know she liked it as well.
