Hard to communicate with them. You call and they take long to answer and when they answer they transfer and u have to wait another over half hour. It tell u to press the star to Leave voice mail, but it just hangs up.

As a mother I was worried my son have a terrified experience as I'm sure many of us did as children ourselves. When I arrived it instantly felt like a warm welcome and kid friendly waiting area. My son really enjoyed himself. Dental assistant and Dr were great, made him feel comfortable enough to open up a bit. Glad I picked this dental office for him. Can't see what the future holds!

Just wanted to let ya'll know that my experience with Apple valley Dental was great. I'm sorry that I cannot remember the young ladies name that helped me the day of my cleaning. She was amazing and very friendly...I was not accidentally stabed below me gum line. She was very professional and ever time she would do something different she made me aware of it. She was constantly asking me if I was doing ok. I just want to say thank you to her for the great and comfortable service. Wish u a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Horrible experience. Unprofessional staff who gossip about other employees while they are in the room with you. And saying things quietly in another language thinking i dont understand. The dentist gave no explanation to why he was stopping the procedure of a filling, just left the room. I wasn't numbed properly and they couldn't complete the removal of cavity and filled it anyway and sent me on my way. My tooth is in excruciating pain and I am looking to be seen elsewhere. Don't let them touch you.

Great customer service from the front desk to dental hygienist/ Dr. Very gentle when having dental cleaning, getting dental x-ray done. They explain everything about what is and is going to be done.

I have an appointment for a Crown for 3 weeks. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. The blood pressure equipment did not work. So It took a little while to get prepped. Then I was informed They took too long And they didn't have time to do the Crown So I have to leave and reschedule. Since I was going out of town 2 days later I have to wait 3 weeks in order to get my Crown done. I did everything perfect and they bumped me from the schedule even though I was prepped For the Crown. I've never heard of such a thing. They said they were too busy and their schedule was too full To do my Crown. I wasted my day And my work. And they lost me as a customer.
