Went for a cleaning and they charged me for 2 other things that I wasn't even there for. Procedures was inaccurate, it's like they were confused just of why I was there for the third time. At the counter, the lady was quiet for like 5 minutes just to tell me she was done with me, could have easily said to me, there was nothing else to be done. Very unprofessional, unorganized, customer service is not good, waste of time and money.

I had to get all of my upper teeth pulled, due to infection, and they told me it was going to be fine, and it was!!! Thank you for making this painful decision less painful!!! I smile at you with my toothless grin and look forward to the next step. Hopefully I'll be seeing you soon.

Went in to have a filling replaced that had fallen out that they originally did and the dentist sat there arguing with me that it was in there it's literally visible that the silver filling that was once there is gone and refused to even talk about fixing it. I ended up leaving and saying I'd go to a different dentist

I cannot STRESS how much money this will cost me and the impact its had on my life ...had private insurance until 2019 then state insurance have all my teeth and went to my prior 2 a year..only 3 cavities in my 48 years no major dental work...well fast forward they have not once cleaned my teeth and saw them 3 times for same issue and needed oral surgeron apparently. I couldnt get them to do 1 service besides x rays Lied about app Oral Surgeon Long wait times and seeing a different dentist everytime, Not recieving any treatmrnts Instead of 1 tooth now my whole top because they said they no longer could be my dentist My expextations were to high and they conviently lost my records and let me go while i had an infection and now that infection moved to my bone....and it was a time sensetive issue and no antibotics were given to me and trying to find another Dentist that will take state insurance took 3 months...unacceptable and really thousands of dollars later in bone graphs and reconstruction I wont be able to pay for and due to lack of any treatment. Do NOT go here. I mean the name is an oximoron in itself extractions and braces I will have issues for the rest of my life and the inability to help Me with even preventitive care. I need a lawyer

We had an appointment set up for both of my teen daughters yesterday. One was supposed to be first and then after the next one. Well thankfully they just took them both in at the same time. Xrays, exam with the doc, cleaning. It was all so fast and swift and painless. We were in and out in an hour. I couldn't be more pleased. The dentist was super nice and answered any and all questions. The ladies were so sweet. I have never had a better experience taking my kids to the dentist. We will be going back soon and am looking forward to it. Oh and they asked first before doing the flouride treatment. To which both girls declined as per their beliefs. I thought that was super cool. We love AVDB for my two daughters. We have been coming here since they were little and now they are teens and about to have wisdom teeth out. Always sweet staff. The dentists are kind and explain everything. My teens still love the movies and playing on the toys. Don't ask. Update 9-28-22: just had an extraction done for my 13 yr old daughter. Dr. Kim, the anesthesiologist, was the kindest most thorough dr we have ever dealt with. He made us so comfortable and I appreciate him so much. All the ladies were so sweet and caring. Dr. A did an amazing job with the surgery. We absolutely love AVDB. Thank you all.

I was charged for services not done, my appointment to remove my braces kept getting rescheduled. I just want to be done with this place.

Had me come 15 minutes early to fill paper work then I proceeded to wait 40 minutes after our appointment time. My daughter was getting a cleaning done and we back in the office for less twenty minutes for a cleaning, X-rays and dentist came in. I feel like the cleaning I could have done a better job cleaning my daughters teeth at home. Oh not to mention it took about 15-20 minutes to check me out. All those employees and still was in there for about an hour and half for a cleaning. I am finding a new dentist!

Well second time here. First time the wait was about 1hr. Second time it's been about 1hr 40 min and still waiting.

I called and asked if they had experience performing a certain type of dental surgery and they said they wouldn't answer my question and I needed to come in for a consultation. They should be able to verify that with me prior to me wasting my time and money coming in for an appointment. Ridiculous. (Thank you for your response, but I asked if they had ever had experience performing the procedure before, as it is a rare procedure, not if they would be willing to perform it if needed after diagnosis. )

If you want irreversible nerve damage go here and since your tooth is so much in pain and they tell you, you can have it extracted or a route canal done and they want to charge you for it The way they make me feel, Is that it's a planned tactic they use time to time and play dumb like they didn't do anything wrong behind the scenes it's like an up-sale to them Apple Valley " let's mess up on purpose and charge them again, since they're already in pain we can get double the money quicker " Only the employees get well treated but everyone else is a transaction they could care less if they permanently ruin your mouth Stay away from this place and don't even take this place as a last option it can mean your death Apple Valley should focus on changing their niche to cleaning les Schwab tires instead Save your money, Time, and Health Apple Valley do yourselves a favor and go back to school

The receptionists are very slow. I had an appointment originally set at 11:00 a.m. and they called me last minute to schedule it at 9:00 a.m so I went at 9:00 and they told me I was late when I was not. I had been there on time just that I was waiting literally in line for 10 minutes. And then she said she had to check with the dentist. So I waited for ONE HOUR. For them to tell me they cannot see me. and let some other girl that was there AFTER me stay. The receptionist said she was there before me and has been " waiting a long time" when I was there before her lol . So unprofessional. Get new staff please and thank you.

This place is the worse place you could go to in the tricities. If I could give them no stars I would. I went in early April for a filling and now I have permeant lingering damage on my bottom molars. I now have to have a root canal done and I understand if it was lack of attention from my part but, this was definitely caused by them and I asked if they would be willing to pay the difference of $ 157 which they should be responsible for. (why should I?) they said no. I now have permeant lingering pain when I eat absolutely anything. They called on 6/9/22 and left me a message saying they wouldn't pay the difference because it wasn't caused by them. They need to focus more on patients better. Call when you say you're going to call. I will never get treatment from here ever again. I hope people really pay attention to the reviews. I can't make this up. please check your reviews and do your research. Your teeth will thank you later.

My husband has been in pain with a tooth that just needed pulled. He called friday to make the appointment and told them multiple times he was in serious pain and just wanted it pulled. They scheduled the appointment for Monday, he took off work and shows up and they said they only scheduled him for cleaning and no one was in office that was qualified to pull a tooth at that time. They set up a new appointment to actually pull it for Wednesday. Today-Tuesday he gets a call that they are canceling because they want him on antibiotics prior to pulling the tooth. I just had a similar procedure done elsewhere and they did not make me wait a whole week in pain or take antibiotics prior, instead they fixed my abscess and gave me antibiotics AFTER which makes sense! Makes zero sense to leave an infected painful tooth in for another week while trying to beat the infection while the tooth is still in the mouth. It's broken in half and you can see down into it. He didn't want a crown or a cap he wanted it pulled. So here it is almost a week later and being told another week with meds before they will even touch it and mind you he only found that out by calling because they canceled his appointment with no word as to why. We should have known not to come here by the massive amounts of negative reviews. Pretty pathetic too the amount of people who have had dental work done through this office on stuff they didn't even need work on but someone who is in a real emergency/pain have to jump through hoops to be seen. This place is a total scam and waste of time. Save your teeth time and money and DO NOT GO HERE. Staff is extremely rude too! This place is garbage.

The dentists are decent the staff is absolutely terrible. Worst dental experience ever. They keep you waiting up to 1 hour to be seen. Scheduling is a nightmare.
