I cannot say enough about AVDB. The staff here are wonderful and caring. For a person with PTSD, this group is so understanding and will do everything in their power to make and keep you comfortable. Best experience I've ever had with a dentist. I love how passionate they are with my 10 & 2 year old sons. Best Dental staff and receptionists

I don't remember the name of the dentist I saw at my appointment, but he was a lot more encouraging than the last one, he was more concerned about the rest of my teeth than he was the one that was hurting, and I made another appointment, now the tooth is infected and way worse than what it was, and hurting way worse

Great experience and great staff, I had Sydney as my dental assistant and she had me laughing the whole time, really made me feel comfortable at the dental office. 10/10

I had really high hopes for this place, at first. They were able to get me in quickly, had a treatment plan all whipped up, and the dentist was nice. Probably the first dentist I've met that I wasn't initially unsure about. We schedule a consultation for the following Tuesday regarding surgery. I get a phone call the next day (Friday) asking if I want to come in that day. No, I say. I explain I'm out of town with a return time around 2pm the day before my scheduled appointment. Over the weekend I'm talking to some people I know, and the process of tooth extraction and denture fitting, according to the dental hygienist (I believe that's who she was) will leave me without any teeth for 6-8 weeks. I just assume that's the only way. Then I find out that no, it absolutely does not have to be that way. A fact I planned to bring up during the surgery consultation on Tuesday. Today is the day before the appointment. My plane lands and while I wait for my luggage I check my voice mail. Around 2:15. To my very unpleasant surprise, my appointment has been cancelled. For lack of confirmation. Getting someone on the phone is impossible. By the time I'm allowed to leave a voicemail the damage is done. This is not a reputable dentist. I can't even get someone on the phone to explain why I couldn't "confirm" the appointment. Mind you I have no idea the cutoff time, they never said, I hadn't actually received a request for confirmation. I can say pretty firmly based on when the voice mail was left, the cutoff time must be fairly early in the day, at least 4 or 5 hours before the end of the traditional work day, and it seems like before most people would even get a chance to take a break and check their messages. So I guess go here if you want a nice dentist working in an office with borderline unethical business practices. Business practices that have left me sans dentist or dental help. If you need a quick checkup or regular dentist, go for it. But if you have actual work to get done, work that you've been looking forward to and wishing for, day in and day out....nah. This ain't the place for you.

Due to my mom passing and me forgetting my kids had appointments they sent me a card saying my kids can no longer go to the office .

Did fine taking x-rays. "Cleaning" consisted of brief polishing, no scaling. Flossing was inconsistent. Providers did change gloves between patients, but didn't wash or sanitize their hands between patients (basic hand hygiene per OSHA).

They asked for a review, so I felt the need to oblige. Poor client management. Far too many scheduling problems for a routine cleaning.

If i could have given them 0 i would have. This place is a scam. Shadey business and non stop lies.

Good experience all around. They were able to get me in for my first appointment a couple days after I called. The lobby is definitely fun and youngster friendly. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. And I was in and out and signed up for a cleaning and fillings in 40 minutes. Pretty quick! Went back for the fillings and cleaning, and had probably the best dental experience in my personal history. They are definitely my new place for oral care.

First time and was impressed. Even with some technical difficulty, the process went smoothly and all the staff was great. I didn't wait long to get called in and the digital forms on my phone were nice. The dentist was nice and honest, as I have a few bad teeth, disclosing what insurance covers.

Avoid this location/business at all costs. They Are not honest with their phone quotes they don't stand behind their work and they over charge on small maintenance activities by 5X Broke one side of my permanent brace wire, got in to see them with an 80 dollar quote. They switched it to 250 dollars for "new patient vague reasons". Promised to reconcile the difference after an internal review (guess what? they didn't). Three months later their repair job broke eating normal food in a normal way. Worthless work at luxury prices and no commitment or follow through for customer service or satisfaction. Update: The promise to reach out directly (seen in the reply) was never followed up on. In fact 4 separate promises to do so through the BBB netted the same result. My suspicion is this is boiler plate lies to make people ignore bad reviews in google.

The dentist was nice but there was no communication on what he found in my children's mouths and what he wanted to do about it. I was the one who had to ask all the questions. It appeared that he wasn't even going to tell me. I scheduled myself for a cleaning at the same time but the vibe of the place was that they just wanted to go home, not do their job. They told me that I would have to reschedule. Half the video games didn't work inside and the energy felt on the darker side. The front desk was confused- called me to ask where my child was when we were there inside being seen. I've moved on elsewhere for all future dental appointments.

Worst experience of my life! 3 different people worked on my filling, had no idea what was going on and why people kept getting up I was treated like some training exercise! I had the 3rd and final woman grind down the filling they just did, and she nearly took the filling completely out, left a big valley in the tooth, and also ground down a different tooth as well! I was astonished at how bad these people are at dental work it was basically torture and I think they should be shut down ruining people's teeth, the filling they ground down just fell out today and I have to call lakeside dental tomorrow for an emergency appointment. These people need to be shut down, I might just report them myself after having 3 fillings ruined!
