I used to love Appletree until the last few appointments. Ashley is a wonderful dentist for kids and we love when we have her! Amy (dental assistant) is also awesome and so nice! But recently I was 10 minutes late and they said I had to reschedule for a 5 minute sealant for my son. I drove close to an hour and was late because I had to stop and breast feed my NEW born baby who was crying on the way. They called me right at appointment time and I told them I was on my way and I told them I'd be there in 5-10 minutes. I got there, and THEN they said I had to reschedule...??? My daughter also had sealant in January and they opened her mouth way too wide, left sores in her mouth, and she cried on the way home. Her mouth hurt for over a week and she had to be very careful what she ate.

this is the best dental office in Minnesota. everyone is so accommodating and really works hard to make sure that you are comfortable, understand what is happening, and that you fully agree with the plan before anything happens. Every Hygienist is so sweet and caring, and they hold your hand when you get lidocaine shots in your gums. I'm autistic and I can't believe how knowledgeable and comforting they are. I've been lucky enough to work with Dr. Ikewald and Stephanie the most. they have turned my fear of the dentistist into something I loom forward to coming in for appointments. Thank you so much apple tree dental, for every thing you do for all of your patients.

I scheduled my appointment 3 years ago and I'm still waiting for...when I call they say that I'm still on the list but I have see white people cancelling appointments and they call them back right away what's wrong with this people we're all human beings stop being racist.

The ladies that helped my son (3yrs old) were GREAT! They always make him feel so comfortable and joke/play around with him. The staff is always friendly and our appointments are always on time, no waiting around.
