It's always a pleasure to visit Appletree dental. Having such a wonderful group of staff located so close and not to mention the wonderful reception ladies who go above and beyond for you. Absolutely love this entire dental clinic!

The most horrific dental visit in my 67 years on June 23. Two women students spent 2 hours filling 2 cavaties. Neither one of them knew what they were doing. I'm never going back. I've been going to Apple Tree over 15 years.

Very friendly staff. Deep cleaning went very well. I still don't like the reception desk blurting out my information. I know dr offices do it. But it makes me very uncomfortable in this day and age.

My daughter has severe anxiety at the dentist office. They were great at explaining everything they needed to do and were able to keep her calm.

i came into Apple Tree Dental because I had a pretty infection in my jaw due to a tooth infection. No dentist within a 60 miles radius would see me due to my insurance which in time made the infection that much worse. i called their team and immediately their staff found me a time slot within a few days. i entered very nervous being that i've had a tooth pulled before and it truly gave me the most anxiety. i felt nothing but compassion and care as soon as i stepped in their office. they ALL put their best foot forward to give me to the best care and especially to a new patient. it's about 2 days later now and i feel a million times better and i couldn't thank Apple Tree enough for making me a priority.

Karmen did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. It was my best dental experience. She took exceptionally good care of me as a patient. My teeth looked and felt amazing.

The Dentist was very good always wanted to help with any issue I had. Also the Dental assistants were very kind and helpful. The front office staff. Not so much. They always acted like anything I was asking was more than I was entitled to. I needed some adjustments on my dentures as you only get 6 months of adjustments when you purchase them. They could never get me in and acted like I should have called months ahead. But, when I tried to make appointments every week they refused to do that either. So, I can get no more adjustment without paying for them. I am leaving there. If I am going to pay someone for an adjustment I will pay someone who treats me polite. I think they prefer to have customers who are on the County than those of us that have to pay our own bills. I got a message from someone at Apple Tree Dental that wanted to talk to me about my experience there but, when I returned her call the front desk told me there was no such person working there. Please call me again.

Today I saw Dr. Nisha Jain and she was amazing! Every time I go to Apple Tree in Madelia everyone is so nice. I always speak so highly of this place! Because they truly care about their patient's and want them to feel comfortable at all times. Thank you to all staff members!

Great lady dentist (sorry I'm bad with names). Straightforward care with explanations given. Procedure (extraction of tooth) done very efficiently with minimal if any discomfort. Thank you, you guys are awesome!!

I've been going to Apple Tree Dental for a few years now. I have ALWAYS had amazing service from making an appointment, to checking in, to the dental assistant, hygienist & honestly the best dentists I've ever had in my life. I have many issues related to my teeth & have been dealing with them for years. I recently had a couple (more) extractions done & considering its not my favorite thing to have done, the procedure went beyond my expectations & I honestly could do it again with the same dentist & assistant weekly if needed. Great Job to EVERYONE at Apple Tree Dental for making me feel welcomed, safe, heard & continuing to give exceptional dental care!
