Best dentist experience. Dr Zach is very personable, makes smart decisions about your teeth, knows the best modern practices, and also definitely listens to his clients wants and needs. I happily wait to see Dr Zach instead of finding any other dentist, and make the hour drive to see him and the super nice dental techs. They always get me in quickly too if a filling is in immediate need of repair. Very accommodating - offering a squishy ball to hold for anxiety, talking through everything, and providing vaseline for my inevitable chapped lips, etc.

Very professional. Miranda was an excellent hygienist. Would highly recommend her. The rest of the staff were very friendly.

Apple tree dental of little falls is honestly the best dental care provider that I have been to! Dr Zach and Chelsea are caring and thorough. They have encouraged me to finally take better care of my teeth and gums at age 54. I believe that the type of approach/attitude that dentists and dental hygienists have when talking to their patients about their oral health makes a Huge difference and impact. I've been to many dentists that have been judgemental and their hygienists are too, so much so that it just about brought me to tears. Apple tree dental of little falls has always been encouraging and now I'm finally getting the work done on my teeth that I put off for years because I was too afraid of the dentist. Annette is very responsive to my emails and has been very helpful. Emily is always very helpful and pleasant when checking me in for my appointments.

This is the best dentist I've ever been to for regular and preventative care. They always make me feel comfortable and always explain what the plan is or what needs to be done. They have amazing doctors and staff who are all very well trained and are definitely patient oriented! They take care of my family and myself with the utmost care which means the world to us! I drive about 45 minutes from where I live, to AppleTree dental. There is a detour, which put me 10 minutes out of my way. I called Appletree to inform them that I may be 5-10 late. I get to my appointment, 9 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, and I am turned away. I understand that time is money, I understand that it can be frustrating when people are late. I also understand that life happens, and not everything goes as planned. That being said; If/when an unforeseen obstacle presents itself, Out of respect for their time, if the patient calls so that they are aware of this 5-10 minute delay (side note~ zero people in the waiting room) turning them away is absolutely the most unprofessional/rude decision to make. When it comes to teeth, pain, appearance, not feeling confident enough to smile, because my front tooth is broke off. I am so disappointed. I really liked this place, until now. (Let's not forget that they have made mistakes before, that I have ignored, they have also rescheduled for whatever their reasons were, and I didn't complain) When somebody takes the time to drive an hour, or any amount of time, just to be turned away, don't expect a home run of a review. Life happens, this however was completely a choice.

Don't reccomend. We only have one set of teeth. This dentist went filling happy and did every filling my insurance would pay for, even on a tooth he knew needed pulled, the man said so himself, since than, 2 of his fillings have came out. Took xrays, didn't use them, I also found a cavity missed in his exam. Great staff here, scheduli

I love Dr. Zak and all of the assistants, The office staff and everyone I've met on my visits. I used to have big issues going to the dentist. I am put at ease so much at Apple Tree and when I have work done they all talk me through the procedures. A lot of my friends have told me horror stories about their dentures. Mine have been a perfect fit after only one minor adjustment. They are super comfortable and stay in place even without glue, ( with the exception of eating), then I use adhesive. I would give 10 stars if I could. Best dentist I've ever been to !

The 1 star reviews on here are childish. You will not find a better dentist than Dr. Zach. Especially one that accepts state insurance plans. Yes it is a wait for appointments sometimes cause he is the only dentist right now but has been worth the wait everytime. Also if you have to pay out of pocket for something that state insurance doesn't cover they are amazing work with and set up a payment plan to make it very affordable to still get the great care for your teeth that they provide. The whole staff there that I have interacted with is amazing. Thank you for everything Apple Tree Dental Staff!!!!

I brought my son to his first Dentist appointment here today, and I was dreading it the whole way there because I thought he was going to have a meltdown. But the hygienist Emily (I think that was her name) was so good with him, she was so kind and took the time to explain everything she was going to do. We had no issues when it came time to clean his teeth. And Dr Zach was great too! I would definitely recommend this office if you're looking for a dentist

I have state insurance. This is one of the places that accept it. We my daughter and I have used today's dental and it was 4 different horrible experiences. We have went to apple tree twice once for me and once for my daughter. They were super friendly and nice both visits they took great care of my daughter who is super afraid of the dentist. They also took great care of me to make me feel comfortable and to make sure I get the dental care I need. It's a great place if u can get in there. Apple tree dental is amazing

they did not send referalls for three days so i could get a root canal, .Leaving the tooth to get much more infected and resulting in the loss of another molar. and causing SEVER HEALTH PROBLEMS! They frequently do not answer their phones, and when they do they are rude.
