As a dentist and sole owner of Apple Tree Dental Center, I getthe opportunity to havea lasting, positive impact on the lives of my patients. Whether Im relieving them of pain, restoring their ability to chew properly, or helping to make their smiles even more radiant, Im making their lives better.

Dentistry is more than fixing teeth: its building relationships and caring for the person behind the smile. My team and I work hard to develop a bond of trust, based on open communication and respect, with each patient. We want them to know we have their best interests atheart, and I only recommend treatment that Id recommend to a member of my own family.

I am fortunate to serve a vibrant, diverse community. My patients come from all walks of life, and ina family-friendly practice, I care for toddlers as well asgreat-grandparents. Each patient brings their own excitement and stories to our office. I am honored when they choose to talk with me about their life, dreams, and experiences. I find Im a more well-rounded person, and have a different outlook on life, as a result of listening to my patients ... and for that I am grateful.

My days are spent helping people I care aboutpeople I consider to be friendsimprove their oral health and their smiles. I cannot imagine a more fulfilling profession! Mostof my weekends are spent with my fellow colleagues attending ODA/ADA meetings, continuing education seminars, attending charity events and helping out at various places of worship.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in biology and psychology with a minor in philosophy from the University of Kentucky. I continued my education at theUniversity of Kentucky Collegeof Dentistry and received mydegree of Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2002.Each year, I complete severalhours of continuing education and training in the latestdental techniques,in the specialities of cosmetics, sedation, orthodontics and implantology. This ensures I staycurrent on advances in techniques, technology, and materials, and able to deliver the best care to my patients.

I seek out courses on a range of topics so I can meet all of my patients dental needs and goals. Ive completed postgraduate courses in cosmetic dentistry, oral conscious sedation, implants, orthodontics, and Invisalign.

I grew up in Flemington, New Jersey, then moved to Kentucky to attend college. For the last several years, Ive lived in Ohio and my wife and I have many family members living in this area. My wife and our dog now call West Chester our home. When Im not caring for my patients, or studying dental advancements, I enjoy fishing with my friends and family.

Im close to my family and enjoy spending time with them in Columbusand Louisville, especially when were able to catch a football or basketball game! Im also an active member of my church, and volunteer with several community charitable organizations.

WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I had a crown placed and it was ill fitting from the start. I keep telling them I felt like there was a pebble on my tooth causing my bite to be funny. They told me to "just have to deal with it." They proceeded to drill on other teeth to get the fit right. It only got worse. I left there feeling completely devastated. Now I have pain with eating and extremely sensitive to hot and cold. Can't rinse my mouth out because of the pain. They also tried to convince me that it was a different tooth that was hurting me but it wasn't. Little do they know that I have a masters degree in medicine (master of human anatomy) and know precisely where the pain is coming from. I am literally scared to go back there in fear they will cause more damage and pain.

I hate it when a business tries to play the victim and will not and cannot understand accountability and responsibility and to willfully accept being negligent for their own mistake. On top of all this want to push the blame towards the patient for how they responded to their negligence "you get a letter" for denied services. Instead of owning up to the negligence and understanding the mistake that they've committed and trying to redeem the relationship they rather kick you out. I will try my damnedest to report this on a much higher level because this was awful and this was wrong. Thank you for providing me the opportunity to find a different dental provider.

This was by far the best dental office I've been to in years. Here in Cincinnati with my insurance it's tough to find a great dental office with a clean facility with kind friendly staff.

My first appointment with this dentist. The front desk receptionist was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The hygienist was so gentle. She explained everything she was doing, kept asking if I am ok. Concerned about my well being. The dentist was friendly asked if I had any concerns. Stated keep up with the care I take with my teeth because I doing a good job. I would highly recommend this dentist.

Insulted me and my orthodontist. Dr barely looked at me when talking to me. Half way though the FIRST appointment and I wanted to leave. Spoke with someone after leaving who had a horrible experience here as well. DO NO RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST!

HORRIBLE!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. God forbid you miss your appointment even if you have covid/sick, family emergency anything they will kick you out of their practice if you cancel. Dont bother leaving a message or asking them to call you back to reschedule. I recommend If your sick just go to your appt, if you cancel they will give you a strike. You get 3 chances witch I didn't know and they dont tell you. No matter if you called in advance to cancel and reschedule witch I did but was told I didn't so now I'm looking for a new dentist because they can't operate an office or just don't care!

Most employees were polite. I had a crown procedure done and the staff that day were pleasant. three weeks later I came back and had the permanent crown placed. It was at this visit where things started to feel horribly off. The dental assistant told me that it would be a quick procedure, I was in and out of the office with in 15 minutes. she quickly pulled the temporary crown out, and quickly placed the new one. I told her that it felt like there was a lump in my mouth. the hygienist told me that the tooth fit perfectly and stated that I needed to adjust. I insisted that she drill the tooth, and finally she did. I kept telling her that there was a fitting issue and she insisted that I go home and give a call back in two days if it wasn't a good fit. I took her advice and went home. two days go by and I can't eat anything hard, I could only eat soups. I called the office and they scheduled me to come back with in a week from that phone call to have my tooth adjusted. Upon arrival it was a different hygienist, and she did listen to my request to have the tooth adjusted, however I still went home with a tooth that was grinding when I ate. I was told that I would need another crown placed as well as a cavity filled. The more I thought about it the worse I felt so I schedule an appointment with another dentist. At that appointment I was told that I only needed one cavity filled and didn't need a crown placed at all. There is concern that the crown placed with the apple tree dental center may need a root canal however. 4 months into giving this review: I am in the worst pain of my life, I went to the new dentist to have the crowned tooth, from apple tree dental, scanned and discovered the tooth is inflamed and I need antibiotics and the heaviest pain medications offered to take home to cope. My dentist informed me that there wasn't enough material between the crown and the root of the tooth. Basically every time I ate I was crushing a nerve. I haven't been able to eat on the right side of my mouth since the placement which makes more sense. My advice if you go here is to make sure the dentist checks the hygienists work. I've never been to a clinic that allows hygienist to do any work with out a follow up from the dentist afterwards. Something is still not right since I had the crown placed only a couple of months ago and ended up with a serious infection.
