I don't like I can't go back with my kid anymore who is only 5 years old who has a speech disability. If everyone is vaccinated and we all wear masks and I keep my distance what's the big deal escorting my son ?

My son is autistic/nonverbal and they are amazing with him! They have him in and out as quick as possible, sing to him as they check his teeth, even blew up a balloon for him last time we were there! Awesome staff.

Strong lack of communication! Didn't offer to schedule out fillings took 5 months to get in. By that time my sons tooth rot deeper. They made the executive decision to give it a temporary filling (the back up dentist from another location) and mentioned they might have to extract it. So I am paying for a filling and an experience with another one to follow? Then they said to gloss between to eliminate more issues but they filled the gap so we can't get gloss between the teeth. Now he has to go back in to get more work done to fix and more x rays to make sure it's not getting infected. My reasoning for a 2 star is because the front desk has responded kindly and is covering the fix work cost. I have trust issues already with any medical or dental world. This situation has intensified these feelings through lack of commutation from dentist to mother. My poor son has to start his life with this experience as well

I've been bringing my son since he was 10 months old. They have always been courteous with us, from the receptionist to the doctor and the dental assistants. It's always clean and they have movies going for the little ones.

They are so (I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH) Amazing with the kiddos. Staff is super nice, and playful. They make it good experience for the kids. Even if they need cavities fixed, they make more fun and exciting so there's WAY LESS FEAR. Apple Pediatric Dentistry

The doctor is very professional, but the most important thing to our family was how great they are with children who are afraid of the dentist. I'll never take my children any where else.
