Teresa graduated from Mark Morris High School in 1983, studied at Lower Columbia College for two years, and graduated with her associate degree in dental hygiene from Clark College in 1987. She has been with our practice for seven years and enjoys working with awesome coworkers; we are a great team that works well together while having fun to provide great care to our patients. Teresa loves getting to know her patients on a personal level, becoming friends with them, and providing them with individualized oral care for their specific needs. In fact, she has been seeing many of the same patients for over 25 years! Teresa married her wonderful husband, Roger, in 1988, and they have cats that they refer to as their four-legged children. When she isnt working, she enjoys riding quads in the dunes, camping, reading, yoga, and spending time with family.
I enjoy spending time with my husband, golf and boating. I have been in the dental field for 25 years and love making people smile. I have a son and 3 beautiful bonus daughters that are amazing. I also have two fur babies, a cat and St Bernard.
I have been a dental assistant for almost 21 years. I have enjoyed every year. I am Married with two grown beautiful daughters. I love spending time with my family and friends, we love being in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking, we also love road trips to random places we have never been before. Favorite place to be is the beach, I find it very relaxing!
I have attended the school here at Apple Family Dental, called Lower Columbia Dental Assisting Academy. Graduated in 2019 and have been with Apple Family Dental since January 2019. In my free time I like to go camping, having game nights and spending time with my family. I have two miniature Australian Shepherds. Currently engaged and getting married in May 2021 I love working in the dental field and helping patients with a better smile.
I joined Apple Family Dental in June of 2020 and feel very much at home here. I Have lived in Longview for 20 years. I was raised in southern Oregon. After High School, I joined the military to fulfill my dream about being a helicopter pilot. After leaving active duty, I joined the National Guard and attended Dental Hygiene school. I like to spend time with my family, traveling, camping, fishing, I also like to tinker with my sports car. Patient comfort and quality of care are my highest priorities.
I have been in the Dental field for almost 20 years, my goal in dentistry is to strive for the most positive experience for our patients! Was born in Montana, and I enjoy a great adventure. Such as the beach, the mountains, or a drive to nowhere. I am a huge Star Wars Fan (ask me about my Star Wars Room). I have three amazing daughters with 5 grandbabies. There is always a moment to smile or Laugh in life and I hope that this rubs off on those around me!!

These guys are the best. From Dr. Gourley on down the whole staff is excellent. They worked well with my insurance to keep costs down and didn't recommend unnecessary procedures. They really do treat you with care here. It's the first time I've actually liked a dentist office and have actually recommended them. They have a nice office too.

Going to a new dental office can be stressful. I am delighted to report that I am throughly comfortable recommending Apple Dental and Dr. Gourley. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, competent and professional. I'm grateful I found Apple Dental.

Teresa, the hygienist was so great with me. She took her time, and cleaned my teeth very well. Dr. Julia, was very nice and was up front on everything I need done.

I thought I'd try a new dentist. The people there are friendly. The fillings they did, did not work out for me, I'm still struggling with them. Nice people, but wouldn't recommend. Went back to my former dentist.

They don't listen to how you're feeling. I had my wisdom teeth removed & told them I felt extreme pain, but was told it was "pressure". I felt everything on my left side. From the numbing needle that didn't work, to her drilling my tooth to pull it out easier. Then I felt my crooked roots leave my body. I froze & tears left my eyes. The Russian doctor was talking to me about not mixing Tylenol or ibuprofen with my meds she gave me, and literally said "She is sedated we need to tell her mom." I told her I was very much lucid, and in a lot of pain. She didn't believe me. Well I hope maybe she will now. Knowing i remembered everything and felt everything.

Apple Family Savings Plan. If you do not have any kind of dental insurance, and you need work done, but are not sure what to do. Go to Apple Dental and sign up for the Apple Family Savings Plan. It is a great plan for individual use, or families. It is an annual insurance plan that starts as soon as you purchase it. It cuts costs tremendously. Highly recommended. It is probably the best "out of pocket" dental plan you will find.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Gourley for the last one and a half years. We've needed some complicated work done. Dr. Gourley and her team are totally professional. Yet they are very friendly and easy to talk to. Longview is lucky to have this business.
