Apple Dental in Schertz is a great business! I appreciate the weekend availability and the staff (new) truly make you feel welcomed! The atmosphere is genuine and Dr. T is fantastic at his trade! If you have a dental need, give them the opportunity!

poor bedside manner, office looks shabby, and most importantly, every filling Thedford put in my mouth fell out within a week.

Thank you to the staff at Apple Dental and the dental hygienist Cindy! They were all welcoming and Cindy went above and beyond to make sure my daughter, who is on the spectrum for Autism, was comfortable and able to calmly take in her surroundings without being rushed or seeming impersonal. I am truly grateful for the compassion that was shown and the time that was dedicated by all of the staff and the dentist himself! We left with smiles and feel we have found a dentist that works best for us.

I would like to share that I have recently had the pleasure of working again with my husband, Dr. Thedford at our dental office in Schertz. Unfortunately, our office, like many surrounding, small businesses, have suffered the harsh storms, freeze and Covid. We lost power, water, staff and the freedom of functioning as a full treatment dental office due to REGULATIONS. We may have made some patients unhappy at this time with our front desk staff which caused negative comments reflected in some of our office reviews. We along with our staff suffered great losses in our families during this difficult time. We are going to make mistakes at times and I hope that if we do that the situation is directed to me so that we may correct the problem or issue at hand. We strive to provide the best care we possibly can for everyone. Please give us a chance to make you happy with not only Dr. Thedford's pain free, dental techniques but also our hygienist and full staff!

Prior to Apple Dental I dreaded visiting a dentist office but Dr. Thedford and his staff have completely changed my mindset. Dr. Thedford is excellent in managing any and all treatment without any discomfort. He truly has your best interest at heart when it comes to your current and future dental health. He and the staff are very informative on any treatment he suggest and patient when helping you understand why addressing it is important. Another plus for me as a parent is their Saturday availability just another reflection of them catering to the needs of their patients. Thank you Apple Dental for all you continue to do.

I've didn't want to take the time to do this but felt it was necessary. This office is the absolute worst dental office I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. My family and I have been going here for years and have done basic care up to ortho and braces. There Dr seems great but the staff is not so great. We have had billing issues and appointment issues almost the entire time but stuck with them because of Saturday availability and location. After today I'd rather take a day off work and drive across town before I would step foot in this office again.

I been on that place 10 years for my 2 kids. Very nice .all the staff friendly and kind . they always smiling and I feel good about everything and the doctor awesome and he knows what he is doing . really good place . and my kids love there and every time they get prizes.we just very satisfied.love it.

My daughter went in to have a tooth checked out. they ended up putting a filling in for 450.00 . than that same day they said the filling may no hold and that she needed a crown. witch would cost 500.00 . so why would you put in a filling knowing that she needed a crown. sounds like a scam to me. sounds like they just want to get paid twice instead of doing it right the first time. be vary cautious of this place. money is more important to them than the patient.

I love it here. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The doctor does a really good job and did good work on crowns I needed also he is very gentle and is very funny as well. The office manager Angela Sanchez is very nice and knowledgeable. My son is only 4 and they took very good care of him. Highly recommended for anyone and everyone.

Every time I call I get an answering machine. Really frustrating when I need to get in touch with someone there.
