Amazing Dentists and office help. Most of the time if you really have a bad tooth or teeth they will get you in other Dentists you need to wait. This is why I've been coming here for years too. Oh also, I'm a coward big time too.

My first dentist appointment in years because I couldn't afford dental insurance in the past. I became eligible for a state program and everyone at the office was very understanding and aware of my cost concerns. They assured me they wouldn't perform anything insurance would not cover without talking to me first. Staff was very friendly and professional. The office has a comfortable vibe, I would highly recommend them.

Which one is Dr. Virk? The man or the woman? I've seen both but only had work done by the woman so far and the verdict is still out. She definitely did her best to try and keep me out of pain while filling my cavities. When I got home I noticed something didn't seem right about the fillings and immediately called. Nobody answered or returned my phone calls which I didn't like. I've been trying to find a really good dentist who takes husky insurance for a while now and would appreciate if anyone reading this could give me some ideas if they know of any. But I'm still trying to decide what I think about this place. I will say that my body has been in severe pain after sitting in the dentist chair for hours. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable compared to others that I've experienced in my lifetime. I know they aren't known for comfort (which is fine) but this was awful! Hopefully they'll upgrade their chairs very soon and make them a little wider with arm rests and definitely less lumpy. I've literally been in excruciating pain for about a week now and nothing is helping.

Went in on a Emergency. Had a tooth that was infected and my face was super swollen. They took me same day and extracted the tooth. Going back for a cleaning and 2 more teeth

My experience at Apple Dental has been good so far! Jason and Reyna have been super professional and sweet to me. I have 6 root canals that have to get done and I've gotten 1 done so far and that went well. Thank you guys for all your help and servicing me :)

I have a lot of work to be done on my teeth & before I go into the dentist office my anxiety is already 100% I've got to say that the staff & dentist are top notch kindhearted people! The dentist & her assistant let me know what they were doing when they were doing it,my teeth look great & this was my 2nd. Visit! I am actually looking forward to going back next week! I give them 5 stars

KEEP SCROLLING UPDATED RESPONSE -NO STAR REVIEW When my girlfriend and I first went to apple dental for her it was great. The people working there very professional and kind. we waited like 40 minutes before getting seen, finally she got seen and the doctor comes rushing in and opens her mouth took look in there and just started cleaning. He walked out the room with no introduction, no questions you can tell he was bother or simply didnt want to work. Left yelling at the girl to follow him to theprivate patient in the other room. 5 minutes later the assistant comes back to say go to the front you have some cavities for your next appointment. WHAT? I didnt think that was okay! We felt neglected because my girl has state insurance. but we left assuming it was just that day. the things she needed have been prolonged and every visit it s been long waits but you are forbidden to arrive 10 minutes late or the doctor refuses to you! lol Then one day she called because she was in pain with swelling. Thankfully she was seen quickly. Literally in and out 5 minutes. dentist said he was sending medicine and antibotic. never arrived. we called the office and the front desk girl told us that he was sending it again. We literally waited almost a week of calling multiple times to get antibotic. now Im not a dentist or a medical doctor but that probably gone in her blood and got worse. We wonder if our experience would be better if we had different insurance? doctors should be held responsible for neglecting their patients ------------------------------------------ UPDATE: wOW I didnt think you guys would respond. 1. Given patients a schedule time and having to wait extreme amounts of time is not managing your schedule. S, no, you dont have a schedule in place. 2. If you treated all your patients "equally" then you've failed as a professional. 3. Please take ownership of your neglect for patients. It's nearly impossible that after 5-7 days of calling multiple times for medication that you guys said my gilrfriend needed immediately was a (system glitch). Even the pharmacy said you guys do this to all your patients. Clownish. Cant fool everyone Care for your business and patients as you would your family and friends and you will see the higher power provide your prosperity.
