Don't come to this facility,they are lie.If you do root canal they will force you to do crown,so they can make more money for doing crown ,if you don't listen to do crown,they will treat you very bad,and refuse do any further treatment.I've been through this in this dental facility, they forced me do crown immediately after done with root canal,at that time my teeth still got infected and X-Ray have shadow,it definitely should not do crown. I will definitely report them to government .They force people do wrong treatment because of marking money!!! In addition,there is a lady manager is very very bad!!

Friendly staff and clean office! Typically dental procedures, big or small, give me anxiety but not here~ Dr. Safa is really patient and supportive, and she tries to provide as much details as possible to all questions.

Being a patient at Apple Dental was a wonderful experience. I was treated primarily by Dr. Safa and her team over the last two years. I went for regular cleanings and had some cavities filled. They were very professional and kind, and I would strongly recommend them.

This team is the best dental practice I've ever been to. They identified and solved a root issue I had that was missed for years by others. With some deep cleaning and a successful gum surgery, my front tooth was saved from falling out. From the hygienists to the specialists everyone is highly skilled and friendly. My hygienist was the first person to see me and identify my teeth issues and went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what was happening so I could make an informed decision. I tell my family to switch over to Apple Dental.

Not reliable communication at all! * Called and had confirmation that dental cleaning's covered by my insurance. * Arrived and faced more than several pages of papers to be signed. * Asked why need these many signatures and then also asked if there will be out of pocket cost while I was told NO on phone before. * Was told that I would be informed ahead if there is any charge. * Ok I am asking ahead now. Will there be any charges ? * Was told, there is $45 if fluoride cleaning if you select it. * Asked, is it optional ? * Was told, NO. So, it comes down to not insurance covered Dental cleaning !!!!!!!!! Wasted my time with this place !

Quick, efficient, high quality service, and no wait for your appointment. Even better they take the time to explain any cost you may incurr prior to procedure. They're super friendly and gentle with the kids. I would highly recommend

I've been going to Apple Dental for over 15 years. They have always taken care of me, from cleaning to major repairs. The staff is always so friendly and they treat me like Norm walking in too the bar on the show Cheers. Very transparent with all charges and always figuring out a way to make sure the needed work gets done. Thank you Apple dental.

Stay away - this place is a scam! They will do a quick assessment on you, then tell you you need some major dental work done, then charge you for the full cost BEFORE you even get the procedure scheduled! This is very unorthodox and good dental practices do not do this. They also will tell you you need procedures that aren't covered by your insurance or that aren't standard care - they tried to charge me for sealants before I found out that my insurance company only covers sealants for children because it's not usually used on adults! This place will swindle you out of thousands of dollars before you've gotten any dental work done - stay away.

Amazing customer service! It had been a couple years since my wife and I had a dental checkup due to the pandemic. We were a bit nervous to look for a new dentist after moving to Mountain View. We were super lucky to come across Apple Dental. Everyone was very welcoming, professional and explained the process of treatment super clearly. We felt comfortable and taken care of completely. Thank you to everyone from the front desk, dental hygienists and the doctor that assisted us.

I haven't been to the dentist in far too long because the last 2 were horrible. So happy I found Apple Dental, the staff is super friendly and answered all of my silly questions like it was nothing. Dr. Khaleel was kind & patient and took the time to explain in detail what I needed as far as treatment. Very professional from beginning to end. Delighted to find a dental office where I feel welcomed.

I drove 30 minutes to my appt to find out they canceled it and lied about calling me to warn me. Rebooked a second appt for the next morning. I called ahead of time(several times) to confirm and no one picked up the phone... wasting my time. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I took off time off work to be here.

I do not enjoy going to the dentist. Truthfully, that's my own fault. My partner had visited Apple Dental previously for some pain he was experiencing. Of course, my turn came around when I chipped a filling. He'd spoken very well of the professionalism and overall friendliness of the staff. When I arrived, I expressed my anxiety of dental offices and the work that would need to be done. The staff were all super supportive and understanding. While I know I will need to go to see them many times to get all the work done, I don't feel as if they were nice to me because of my fear. I believe they were nice to me because they are just nice people that want to help. The pricing was also surprisingly decent. (Let's be real, dental work is high for a reason and none of us can control that.) But I didn't feel pressured or even judged when I was provided a treatment plan. So, if you don't like going to the dentist, for whatever reason, and you need a dentist, go to Apple Dental. They care....a lot and you should give them a shot especially if you want to leave with an experience to truly smile about!
