So quite a few months ago my wife was in need of an extraction. We got an appointment and got there they told us that our insurance wasn't any good (even thought we knew it was good). So we paid out of pocketing full to have it done. Only to find out they bill our insurance so one I saw that I called our insurance and then them. Said we would get a refund. Well it's been 7-8 months and still no refund. And after this last time they told us to find somewhere else to go. So all in all they want all your money upfront to do a serviceable when they double bill they don't want to refund your money. Very poor attitude from the billing and patient services. Would not recommend them.

Told me over phone that I could get a free consolation and get my referral for free. Then get there tell me that it's now going to almost 200 dollars and had my time wasted.

This review is for Lycoming Dental in Muncy, Pa. My appointment was for 2pm. I didn't get taken back to a room until 2:20. Once in the room the dentist came in to numb my mouth. I waited an additional 45 minutes in the room and nobody ever came back in. Apparently they think my time isn't as important as theirs.

I inevitably have some anxiety whenever I have to go to the dentist (that's just me), but Dr. Leggieri and his friendly, skillful staff always make me feel more at ease and welcome. :) The office is a beautiful setting and also helps me to relax before my procedures. Being a musical person myself, I appreciate the nice music that is playing in the background...brings back sweet memories. Everyone there is so thoughtful and always address any concerns/ questions I may have.

Quotes are never right. They always cancel appointments. Weird and annoying business practices. Surprise Bill's show up weeks later. Dont bother here. Went for a year and a half and tried to make it work, but it's too hard to deal with the way they do business. Dentistry is good, but the business side of this place is horrendous.

I was given a quote of a little over $1200 which was paid in full up front. After having HALF of the work done, I was told I owed more than $1000 more. Plus, it would cost a couple thousand more to complete all the work that was supposed to be covered with the original $1200. They told me they accepted my insurance, and then said it was out of network after work was already started.

They pulled the wrong tooth, tried over charging me by telling me I never paid, when I did, and broke a bunch of the tooth off beside the one that was pulled.

I was there yesterday to have some teeth removed. The staff was amazing and did a very good job at making me feel relaxed and at home. I could not have asked for better service and passion. I would highly recommend this office to anybody that fears the dentist!!!! Thank apple team for making me feel like a member of your family!!!

I had a really bad toothache and they were really excellent about getting me in very quickly. They are very nice and caring. I strongly recommend Apple Dental to anyone. Great staff and wonderful atmosphere.
