Dr. Lovely and his assistant were very thorough with my x-rays and examination. I had 2 painful molars that needed to come out. Dr. Lovely got them both out in one piece which was not easy since the teeth were being very stubborn to get loose. They are working on a plan for more work to be done to save my other teeth I would definitely recommend this Dentist.

My daughter had an appointment scheduled on a day that we had flash flood warnings, tornado warnings and overall dangerous conditions due to Ida. We live on mountain roads and have to drive into the Valley (low lying area) to get out to 321. Being nearly an hour away, I wasn't going to compromise our safety trying to get to this appointment. After watching the weather closely, I called early the morning of the appointment and left a voice mail message stating we weren't going to risk making the drive because that was when the weather was going to be at it's worst. I asked for a call back to reschedule. Days went by and nothing. I called again and left another message. Again....nothing. I tried a third time and left another message. Finally, a couple hours later, I received a call back from Janis. She proceeded to tell me they will not reschedule my daughter's appointment because we were "No call/No show". I stated that we did call the morning of after monitoring the weather and also called many times since to reschedule. She told me that it was their "office policy" to not reschedule appointments that were canceled the same day. I asked her to please make an exception due to inclement weather. Janis stated no one else canceled their appointment that day. In all defense, they may have been more local to the office and not on mountain roads and not in an area that flash floods. Their policy is unreasonable and unprofessional, especially since these policies are not conveyed while making the appointment. And I can't help but feel because it was a TN CoverKids appointment that we are being discriminated against. Shameful to say the least.

The dental assistant (I believe her name was Sarah) was absolutely amazing and you can tell she put 100% into doing her job the best she could. I needed a crown and root canal and they did both same day in about an hour. She spent so much time making sure the crown would match my smile perfectly and explained everything to me! I only needed one shot to numb my mouth and didn't feel a thing after. It's the 2nd day and I'm not sore at all. The dentist( Dr. Lovely) was very thorough in explaining all my options to me and had her print of a sheet explaining all the prices for each option so I could make the best choice for my budget. I will definetly come back!!

My mother called to cancel her appointment at this dentist the day of her appointment due to the fact my father was in the hospital because of a heart attack. She was told that she couldn't remain a patient if she canceled the same day as her appointment. Apparently the woman who handles the appointments doesn't need to worry about having a heart attack herself since she doesn't have one!

Brought a family member for an appointment. Arrived and there was no one at the office as well as no one answering the phone. The voicemail box for the number posted was full. So we drove an hour and a half for an appointment was pointless. Horribly unprofessional. How exactly do you get ghosted by a dental office with a physical address?

Recently had a back tooth break. I saw Apple dental in paper and made appt. I met doctor Dan Lovely and his assistant. After X-ray it was determined I needed a root canal and crown . I am not a huge fan of any doctor but dr lovely got to work and fixed me up. I would return and recommend!

I had a tooth that was hurting me pretty bad, so I went to Apple and they said they couldn't see what was wrong with my tooth and only seemed interested in fixing other teeth that weren't hurting me. They charged my insurance company and I still have a sore tooth. Worst Dentist I've ever seen!!!!!
