Appell Dental Group is the dental offices of Dr. Stuart Appell, Dr. Lester Appell, Dr. Joel Appell and Dr. Aaron Appell. We are three brothers continuing in the family tradition that was started by our father. With pride we have welcomed Dr. Joels son Dr. Aaron into our practice. Our office welcomes new patients of all ages.

Dr. Lester is a wonderful dentist. He and the entire staff are very friendly and interested in me as a person and patient. I have been seeing Dr Lester for many years and have always appreciated his explanations of procedures and recommendations to maintain my teeth and oral hygiene.

The staff always treats me with the respect I expect when I walk it. The doctors are knowledgeable and always explain what they will be doing. I have been going to them for over 40 years. I have recommended many patients who have also been just as happy as I have been. They have knowledge on any treatment you might need. So I originally went to Aaron Appell in Mchenry, but when I learned that he was now at Appell Dental Group, I had to follow him as he has done so much for me already. Long story short, I needed a lot of new work done and him, Gail and Kathy (and ALL the office staff, dental assistants too) all went above and beyond for me. It almost made me feel like I had a whole TEAM of people who had my back there. Honestly, they feel like family and I will literally never go anywhere else. Dr Aaron is like a super hero!

Appell Group has been my dentist for 45 years...They done remarkable things with my teeth and kept me smiling proud for all these years. I was lax in getting in for visit but they keep constant contact and I went in for some cleaning and work and now smiling proudly again. The dentist was not paying attentions to the client. It took him 5 minutes to complete the cleaning work, typically would take 20-30 minutes

Dr. Appell and staff are super friendly! Every time I walk in the office I'm pleasantly greeted and seen within 2 minutes. Honestly pretty crazy considering most other appointments have me wait 10/15 minutes and then another 10 waiting for the doctor. Dr. Appell cares about his clients and constantly motivates me to keep flossing
